I would not be able to recommend La Villa enough for the amazing hospitality we received during our stay. The staff are kind and attentive, the facilities are beautiful & well maintained. The food and beverage options available are also incredible, really fresh and tasty. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice resort. Room was clean and new. We booked the corner unit and the room was very spacious. The shower was huge. The onsite spa was easily accessible. Staff were very nice and attentive. Easy to order food through messaging front desk using whatsapp. They restock the mini fridge and snacks for free. I appreciate the nespresso machine with free pods. Only downside was the amount of mosquitoes in the room and on the balcony to the pool. I woke up with multiple bites around my body, amongst the 2 of us we had at least 20 mosquito bites from the room. Unsure if it was all from mosquitoes or if there is bedbugs as well. Aside from that, overall the resort was very nice. Just make sure you bring a lot of deet and anti itch cream!

Overall is good, we like the pool, we were very enjoying swimming at the pool. Minor things need to be improve is the service. For example, when we completed the dinner and need to return the tray with finished dishes, we called reception to ask someone to take back them but waiting until next day still nobody come to take them back, it turns out that we bring them back to lobby by ourselves

Hospitaility was great! We absolutely loved the villa! Spacious place with a living space for us to sit and relax. The room was clean and the amenities were superb! We loved the entrance to the pool right from our room. There was also a pool bar for us to sit and eat/drink. The staff was really great! Very friendly and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend and will definitely be my go-to place to unwind when im back to visit!

The property is amazing. But Expedia needs to update the property description on its page. We booked the pool access suite from Expedia after reading that it has a kitchen. But that wasn't the case which we found upon reaching the resort. Then, we checked the resort website which has the correct amenities information of the room. Expedia should also display the same instead of deceiving customers.

we are staying 2 night here. it was wonderful. good breakfast.Complete kitchen and cooking tools. they offer free laundry service daily up to 4kg. Superb. the receptionist is polite, helpful. sneak n soft drink is free. i will come again for sure. last but not least, thank for pick up us from terminal by Alphard. No word, u such amazing <3

The experience was amazing! Great service (laundry, drop off to airport, drop off to other nearby places on demand) which helped a lot. A very spacious and nicely layed out property. The free snacks and the fridge full with a variety of drinks helped a lot. The staff were really caring and attentive. They decorated the room very nicely with a welcoming message on our honeymoon and with a birthdays surprise for my wife, so thank you very much, honestly. We had everything we needed and more for our stay.

Nice villas but can be noisy
Stayed for 7 nights in a Deluxe villa. Location was convenient (very close to Cenang attractions). Initial vibe during arrival was not great because it is tucked next to a budget motel off an unpaved driveway. and there is a construction site behind the villas Also there was no reception area and I couldn't find where to check in initially as there were no signs. Once checked in, the villa was nice. It is not upscale but it is comfortable. Service by the staff was generally good. One issue was that we experienced a lot of noise from the adjacent villa on the fourth night. The villas are in pairs and open so if you have a noisy neighbor, you will hear everything. The staff did acknowledge the issue and management offered us a bottle of sparkling wine and a free breakfast as compensation, which was thoughtful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. If the hotel builds new standalone villas, then we would definitely consider staying again.

Fantastic villa and the free snacks were a real bonus. Very clean and modern. Everything you could need is in this villa! Very private and close to the town. The free washing of clothes is also another added extra which was incredibly helpful. Only criticism is the breakfasts were slow and cold, and the service was slightly slow. Would also recommend adding a spa rather than massages on own bed for comfort. However with the new reception area and restaurant hoping to be completed next year this should resolve those issues. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year! Thanks for a fab stay.

We spent the last week of our honeymoon here - pure peace and tranquility. Every little detail I see thought of - they have a free minibar, as well as free shuttle to the Cenang beach area and free pick up of takeaway orders if you don't want to leave the villa! Could not recommend this place any higher.

It was a great experience. House keeping is prompt and there is free transfer to airport and cenang area. You will be given a phone to call for the room/ transfer service 24 hours. Complimentary mini bar and drinks( potato chip, snacks, beers, soft drinks..etc) are refilled everyday. The private pool is clean and comfortable, provided a secluded and romantic feel. The room is equipped with smart tv which can connect to YouTube and smart phone. Overall, a great romantic and relaxing experience!

Best Holiday Villa
We stayed here for 3 nights and it was one of the most amazing places we have stayed at, beautiful villa, staff were polite and professional. The villa was spacious and private, one word luxurious!! Loved the pool. The staff were attentive, we accidentally left our phone in the car on the way to the airport, we called and they rushed back to drop it off, amazing service, couldnt ask for a better place to stay. Langkawi was amazing and this place topped it off. Will definitely be back.

Rooms are the best, but lacking of facilities
The villa is still going through big renovation, so things like restaurant, gym and spa will only be available in 2017. The room is top class and I will love to visit again when everything is done up properly!

Excellent property! The staff was amazing and very responsive. The only issue was the lack of hot water in the indoor shower. The property is small, and under construction, but it didn't affect our stay. The private pool was outstanding, and the amenities in each villa were perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Fell in love!!! Amazing place!!
One amazing place, The workers and drivers were sooooo friendly, they made us feel right at home, they drove us around the area free of charge, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport also free of charge, the place was beautifully set out and very clean, all in all it was the best 4 days ever, and one of the nicest places I've stayed.
