"I wish it didn’t smell "

"There are hidden fees everywhere and they don’t offer standard refreshments/inclusions for a standard hotel room. Water battle are not included. Also, my room had a coffee machine, coffee cups, but not actual coffee. I found out the coffee is not complimentary in the room. I l called guest services and was greeted with, what I thought was a person, but was in fact an AI bot without being told it was one and had to call a few times just to get through to a real person to ask about the coffee that should have been complimentary to begin with. I imagine any guest would feel frustrated as I was. Make it easier on your guests, not harder please! This was a horrible guest experience for me and I hope they can improve it for the future."

"Staff are very nice and helpful. Property is clean. Really liked the express check-in and the texts from hospitality. I texted a couple of times with questions and received prompt responses. I was also able to check out via text."

"It smelled like sewage in our room and the hallways. Maybe plumbing issues, who knows but it was gross smelling the whole time. It effected our relaxation and sleep."
