Great value, location, spacious room, tasty breakf

I had a wonderful time staying here for 2 nights with my husband. The hotel is conveniently located in Miraflores, where many parks, stores, restaurants are walking distance. The walk to the nearby hip Barranco district is only about half hour. The room was very spacious, the front desk receptionists were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was tasty--included eggs to order, and fruits, bread, juices, teas, hot chocolate, and some sliced meat and cheese which was typical of our other Peruvian hotel stays. Perhaps the only issue if you want to be picky is the room isn't soundproof, so you can hear the car horns honking from the outside, and the room smelled a bit damp, but that didnt really take away from the overall experience. Probably would stay here again if we came back to Lima due to the great value for your money!

Enjoyable stay

Very nice hotel and neighbourhood at a competitive price. Large room and bathroom with a large hot shower in a beautiful and historical building. Nice buffet breakfast was included. Staff is helpful and friendly. 50 meters from Benavides Avenue where the S colectivos take you to and from the airport. Wifi access was a bit sketchy in our room but better in the garden area.

가격대비 만족합니다! 미라플로래스 지역이라 공기도 괜찮고 조용하고 위험하지도 않았어요~ 숙소는 오래된 건물이었지만 깨끗했고 온수도 잘 나왔어요. 리마지역에서 이정도 가격이면 훌륭한 호텔이라고 생각합니다!

Great location, super nice staff. Only stayed one night but they were kind enough to let us check in after an early flight. They also arranged taxis to and from the airport. Only drawbacks were no lift and no AC so it was a little warm in the room. Would definitely recommend for the service, price, location and cleanliness!

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast but a little lacking at times for someone to make a omelette etc. This is a older building but fairly well maintained but could use some updating. If you want air conditioning ask for it when you book as not all rooms have it . Internet included, plus they can provide airport pickup and drop off.

We stayed here as we came and went through Lima on our way to and from Cuzco. One nice perk is they stored our extra luggage for free when we traveled to Cuzco. When we returned from Cuzco it was nice that the front desk greeted us by name. They were great at arranging transportation to and from the airport as well as giving us a a small map to explore Lima while we stalled till our room would be ready, they helped get us a taxi to explore Lima as well. One thing is many parts of LIma are unsafe and unsavory, however this hotel is in a nice quiet safe area close to some touristy attractions, food and shopping and without paying a fortune for it. We stayed at another place in Lima not too far from this hotel and the price was about the same, but it was so loud with traffic of constant honking cars that getting any rest was near impossible, plus the place was not as clean and barely had hot water. This hotel is very clean, in a noise free neighborhood, and hot water seemed to flow freely. I would stay here again if I were to visit LIma.

We stayed here twice as we passed through Lima coming and going to Cuzco. The hotel is in walking distance to seeing JFK park and shopping area while being in a quiet location away from busy traffic. The staff was very friendly and service oriented. The desk clerk made sure to learn my name and was very helpful in getting taxis for us. The people they had pick us up at the airport were professional as well. I liked that they let us store extra baggage for free while we were traveling in Cuzco. If I were to travel to Lima again I would stay here, as we had no problems with the hotel and it is in a very safe area. For what was provided I feel we were charged a very good rate. Breakfast was also pretty good too.

Very nice hotel with a great Miraflores location. Very friendly staff. About a 30 minute cab ride to the older district. You are better off booking your own cab rides as the ones booked through the hotel seemed over-priced. Had hot water every day.

Hotel ist sehr gemütlich. Allerdings Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und obwohl wir hatten schon über Expedia bezahlt verlangten sie ein zusätzliches Zahlung!! Nie wieder!!

Excelente atención

Hotel pequeño y sencillo, muy bien ubicado en el distrito de Miraflores. En una casona antigua, con decoración interesante, conserva chimeneas y algunos azulejos, es acogedor y con sensación de estar en casa; el personal es muy amable y dan solución a cualquier problema. El desayuno adecuado. A unas cuadras de la zona comercial y turística de Miraflores y muy cercano del muy de moda Distrito Barranco.

Central Lima Tourist Location

The hotel was a good place to stay in Lima. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The only downsides were that the outlets were sparse in the room so it was hard to set up the fan in the window and when asking for early check in 2 weeks prior to my stay, I didn't get a response.
