Great Location. Great price. Plenty of room for family of 4. Only complaint was we had a late flight and had to pay for another night's lodging as there was no where to check our luggage for the day.

The apartment is very nice and has a wonderful roof terrace pool and relaxing area with wonderful views. The location is great too. Only negative was that we couldn’t get hold of the hosts at all and there was no working wifi in the flat, only in the comment areas and the water was cold.

We liked the location. There was a cafe next door with great coffee and food. It was easily walkable to most locations we wanted to visit and a pretty inexpensive cab ride to others. The property itself was clean & the host pretty helpful but the building had no insulation so it was extremely noisy. We were high up but could hear everything going on in the building and outside.

The unit is beautiful with a nice view, however the noise from the street below makes it feel like sleeping under a busy freeway with alarms, honking, sirens, motorcycles, and cars all night. The front desk is very helpful but if you don't speak Spanish don't stay, it took over an hour to check in because of the poor communication. Expedia offers no support or help when trying to communicate with them via app or calls. There was hair on bathroom counter, some bugs in shower and no toilet paper on check in. At least the water was hot and bedding clean. Very firm bed in master, softer twin bunk.

DESSAPOINTED

Location and cleanliness were ok, but the service company didn't care to fix the customer's problems. We spend FOUR DAYS in this place, and nobody help us to fix the bathroom toilet. We requested adaptors for the electric plugs, because they were in european style, they give them to us in our check out day, so that was a mockery. And the apartment has two rooms, only one has a AC, when we asked for help, they promise a fan, that we never get. A totally dessapointment.

Good place all in all

I enjoyed my stay at this appartment. It is small but comfortable and the ocean view is really cool waking up in the morning or coming back after a whole day on the go. The A/C is in the room, so the appartment tends to get a bit warm. The electric plugs are weird and don t even let you plug appliances that you bought in Peru, (they provide 2 adaptors). The appartment is on the 17e floor but still you hear all the noise from the busy street (Ave. Almte Grau). Walls are very thin, the main door looks like a bathroom door, the tiny balcony is not fit for sitting outside. King bed is actually two twins put together and you are not allowed any alcool inside the appartment otherwise there is a 200$ fine. But for the price I paid, it was worth it. Nothing is perfect in this world, less so in Peru. I do recommend this appartment.

We like that it was clean, the security guys at the desk was nice and very helpful. The air circulation in the apartment is not very good ,the bathroom had evidence of mold developing, so we were concern as to what we were being exposed to health wise, the premium bedding was not good, the mattress was very hard and the sheets were not good or comfortable, we paid for four adults to occupy the room and we did not have amount of linen needed like towels, toliet paper etc...,the laundry facilities were not fully working, and never not once had any contact with the host or property,I tried to call several times and calls were not accepted.We had build up rewards with hotel.com and use them on this property, I was excited to use my rewards from the many times we have use hotel.com but I deeply regret using them on this particular property, I would have paid a higher price somewhere else than on this property, but now Ive use them and they are gone, so I will never stay there again

Great value

Amazing view to the ocean and really nice place. It had everything I needed. Checking in was a challenge. The security mentioned it was not informed I was coming. He talked with some on the phone and then they asked me for some few coins. I only had bigger money so the security helped me. He was nice but the check in could have been better.

It was an ok stay. I’ll start with the good first. The rooms were clean and spacious. It’s a safe nice area. A cafe is located next door as well as an art museum and markets. Great location for walking and near the beach. The not so good, is this is not a hotel. It is an actual apartment complex. The person who sits at the entrance of the apartment is a security guard not “reservations”. They only spoke Spanish and were not helpful or friendly toward us (with the exception of 1 guard). Luckily we know Spanish. I don’t think permanent residents or the guards look too kindly on rental “guests”. Since we are “guests” the guards told us we did not have access to the laundry room or pool. That is only for permanent residents. Guards were not helpful with what to do with our trash and there is no housekeeping because it’s an apartment. I think you can request it from the room owner for extra. We were there for over 10 days and had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. The safe in my room did not work (needed batteries). There is only a tv in the bedroom not in the living room. The walls are thin. My neighbor was loud. My parents floor was quieter. Would be great for shorter stays or inquire about house keeping. Owner/host communication was nice, they communicated online via English. I think it would be easier if you dealt only with the “host”.

Appartement agréable, propre et bien situé dans le quartier de Barranco. Seul bémol : dommage qu' il n' y avait que 2 tabourets pour un logement prevu pour 4 personnes. Nous avons demandé 2 tabourets supplémentaires pendant le séjour, sans succès.

Depa muy limpio con excelente vista. Me gusto.mucho la terraza y pscina aunque no tuve tiempo de disfrutarlo. Lo que no me gustô fue qje la caja fuerte no tenia pilas. Asi que no puede utilizarlo.

Fraude incumplen lo ofertado

Reservamos y nos cobraron tarifa correspondiente a una reserva de habitación para tres personas con dos camas. una cama Queen size y otra individual para vacaciones familiares de tres personas. Cuando llegamos nos encontramos con que la habitación solo tenía una cama . y lo otro era un sofacama , en el que no cabe una persona promedio acostada ya que los pies quedan por fuera. Arruinaron nuestra vacaciones familiares. Tuvimos que dormir durante cuatro noches tres en una sola cama esperando solucion. Nos desgastamo mucho con esta situación y no pudimos descansar cómodamente. Solicitamos cumplimiento de la reservación corresponiente a las dos camas a trendy y en ningún momento se interesaron en brindar solucion. Solo. culparon a hoteles.com diciendo que así era la reserva. Al final nadie dio la cara para resolvernos. Pésimo servicio de trendy y a la espera de que hoteles.com nos respalde con responsabilidad y nos reembolsen el cobro de la tarjeta por incumplimiento con las condiciones de nuestra reserva. Nos sentimos estafados y a la fecha sin respuesta ni solucion.
