Bonito y economico

El complejo es muy bonito, con muchos arboles y flores. Todo el personal es muy amable y simpático. Dispone de una gran piscina cubierta con una carpa desmontable, con zonas para tomar el sol en tumbonas. En esa misma misma zona hay un gimnasio, pero este es muy limitado y las máquinas muy antiguas. Pegado al gimnasio hay un billar al que se puede jugar de forma gratuita. El desayuno buffet es básico, pero correcto. Todo el recinto se ve limpio y cuidado. El único gran pero, en nuestra opinión, esta en el colchón, muy blando, y las almohadas, muy grandes. El líneas generales está muy bien para el precio que pagamos, a excepción de lo mencionado.

Wonderful place for a countryside getaway!

Amazing place for a country side getaway. Highly recommended. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very pleasant and scenic as well.

A quiet rural stay with great pool area undercover

The staff were very helpful and made very welcome when we arrived after getting lost at night coming from Lisbon airport Rooms comfortable and a nice breakfast enjoying the view across their grounds. If you are in a cartravelling into Portugal then this hotel is only 25 minutes from the airport and worth the stay.

Hyggeligt og romantisk

Hyggeligt nedlagt vinfarm/landsted. Ligger i et fredligt og roligt landområde. Ikke umiddelbart et sted jeg ville vælge hvis ikke det var et formål. Personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme. Stedet er okay, dejlig morgen mad og hyggelig omgivelser. Dog er poolområdet og inventaret meget slidt og der er mangel på rengøring.

Excellent place if you have small children staying with you, It has large open area outside and nice clean place for chidren to run around, unlike hotels where they are couped up in a room or lobby.

Relaxing stay in the mountains

About 30 minutes outside of Lisbon this hotel sits on the outskirts of the town. Winding roads lead you the picturesque front door of this Spanish looking beautiful hotel. Inside the hotel is beautifully decorated in an old style that reminds you of a 1970's series of Bonanza. The grounds are vineyards upon entry, you can see sheep in the meadow and the entire property is a breath of fresh air and mos to of all relaxing. The breakfast was made fresh daily, the food was regional and very good.

Toen we binnen kwamen in het hotel kwam er een heel uitgesproken geur op ons af. Niet echt fris zal ik maar zeggen. De receptioniste sprak geen Engels wat de communicatie heel moeilijk maakte. Eenmaal op de kamer kwam er weer een nare geur op ons af. Op het plafond waren schimmel plekken te zien. Niet echt gezond dus. We kozen dit hotel omwille van het binnen zwembad. Maar deze was totaal niet verzorgd, hier konden we dus geen gebruik van maken. Het restaurant was gesloten, dus zouden we in het dorp moeten gaan eten. Wij hadden geen auto dus dit was 20 min bergafwaarts wandelen. We hadden echt geen zin om dit traject deels langs drukke baan af te leggen en zijn dus ook niet gebleven.

We had a lot of fun wine tasting around the pool

We almost got the opportunity to squish grapes with our feet. This is on my bucket list so I was very excited. Unfortunately it was canceled, because of rain

Accueil très agréable. Chambres propres et spacieuses, refaites récemment, piscine couverte et des chats et chiens que l'on peux carresser autant que l'on veux. Le paradis !

Espelunca!!!!!!

Nunca pensei que passaria por uma situação tão constrangedora com minha família. Não pode ser classificado como hotel. Tenho reservado muitos hotéis através da hotéis.com,mas esse não poderia ser chamado de hotel. Chegamos e a temperatura local era de 37ºC ,achando que os quartos seriam refrescados pelo ar condicionado citado no site,mas pasmem,nenhum dos quartos tinha ar condicionado que funcionava. Passamos uma noite péssima,mesmo reclamando não solucionaram o problema. No dia seguinte ,qdo procuramos a D.Vera ela disse que pra eles essa temperatura era normal,e que poderia chamar a manutenção até as 23h,imagine esperar mais um dia inteiro por manutenção em um hotel classificado como 4estrelas. Tendo em visto esse problema bem como funcionários desagradáveis ,fomos embora deixando o valor de 4diarias para trás,sendo que a minha reserva era pra 3 quartos . Um dos três quartos não tinha frigobar,qdo solicitado,um funcionário,que estava usando a piscina dos hóspedes,entrou no quarto sem camisa e todo molhado,deixando um frigobar imundo que tinha até bigatos dentro. Nojento!!!!!!!!!! Nunca vi coisa igual. Estava voltando do Porto com minha família,saindo de um hotel maravilhoso que é o Eurostar e fomos para numa verdadeira espelunca.
