The front desk staff was average with the exception of Ana. She made the stay and was wonderful. The restaurants are not managed well. The only coffee you can get is during breakfast hours and if you want any beverage service you have to ask the front desk to call the kitchen for someone to come take your order and then wait until they go get it for you. Ana helped us a lot and did our “serving” while we were there. Nothing for restaurants or cafes is close by except for one small shop on the corners. Great coffee! We walked (15 - 20 minutes) to the beach area every day and hired a private tour guide who took us to Cascais - a beautiful little village close by with wonderful shops and restaurants.
