Great location, but huge leak in the bathroom!

Perfect location for a visit to Lisbon. The only problems were difficulty getting in touch prior to the stay, and we had a major leak (water pouring down out of the ceiling!) coming into one of the bathrooms from the floor above. We were told this was a "known" problem, which seems to me like they should have fixed it by now if they know about it. Hard to call it a "Five Star" experience when they can't address a significant problem like that. Also, it would have been nice if the TV was working, and the wifi didn't reach the room at the far end of the apartment.

Aprtamento moderno e bem localizado

O apartamento fica bem localizado e é super moderno. Não há estacionamento próprio, mas cerca de 300m há um público com preço elevado. Vc consegue descarregar/carregar as malas pois há um local para descarga de mercadorias logo em frente. A água quente possui limitação. Todavia, o local é extremamente limpo e novo, exatamente na forma das fotografias expostas.

Foul drainage smell from bathroom and water from wash hand basin does not drain away. Also TV channels do not come on so it is a waste of time having a TV in the place. We reported the foul smell issue but did not get resolved. Only one mirror in the place.

Super Apartment-wenn man erst mal drin ist

Das Apartment ist toll, liegt sehr zentral in einer sehr touristisch erschlossenen Gegend, parken ist schwierig wie in vielen Innenstädten. Der lift geht bis zur 4.Etage,dann ist es noch eine kurze Treppe, alles kein Problem. Probleme gab es aber dennoch. Wir kamen um 21 Uhr an und der übermittelte Türcode funktionierte nicht.Unter keiner der angegebenen Telefonnummern, einschließlich der 24h-SOS-Nummer war jemand zu erreichen. Wir waren müde, hungrig, unser Sohn krank. Wir standen im Flur, riefen - zunehmend ratlos- immer wieder die SOS Nummer an. Über zwei Stunden später! erreichten wir schließlich jemanden, bekamen einen neuen Türcode und konnten ins Apartment. Das war eine sehr unschöne Erfahrung, die im Nachhinein noch unerfreulicher wurde dadurch, dass das Management keinerlei Verständnis hatte, sich nicht mal entschuldigte und uns mit einem "ist doch alles gut gegangen" abfertigte.

Perfect location

Excellent location right in the centre next to every place Very new flat. Very silent and quite Easy check-in check-out Not good if you're looking for airy full of light spaces (very dark and claustrophobic although plenty of space)

Great!!

Great locarion, better than described. They came to clean and change towels and bed sheets at the middle of our stay. Definetly a great stay!!! Very friendly staff

Great apartment and location. Clean, recently remodeled, very comfortable. This is by no means a hotel. It is an apartment with electronical access, no personelle for guest service. Chekin was complicated bec they had sent me an access code the day I was traveling but I had no internet. The person in charge was busy with her own schedule, only worried about receiving payment, never met her.

déception au niveau du service

+ décoration (neuf), prêt de tout, confort, - propreté, service ( j'ai fat une demande et je n'ai jamais reçu de retour), plafond en pente, pièce petite. trop dispendieux par rapport à l'offre. vous pouvez trouver idem là mois cher.

The apartment was very nice and clean, close to the center. The communication was awful, I sent two messages the day before advising the arrival time and never got any response, they sent me the details one hour before we arrived so I could not check it because I was driving.and when we arrived had to wait 20 minutes, called many times, until someone answered and told me she was going to contact the other lady to see if she could meet us. After 10 more minutes, a lady arrived, knocked on my window car, and with a phone on the ear she said.... we have to hurry because I have my lunch waiting, Maybe she does not know how to say, hello, or how are you,...She was extremely rude, and when I tried to show her the messages I sent, she said,.... well we don´t answer because we are very busy. There are many nice apartments in Lisbon and friendly people to choose this one ever again.

kein Balkon, Kein Lift bis 5. Stockwerk, Wlan :(

Zentral, viel Platz, leider keine Balkon(Raucher),Lift nur bis 4. Stockwerk,Tv hat nicht funktioniert(waren 4 Tage dort und trotz dass wir haben es gemeldet konnten wir keine Tv anschauen, sowieso nur Lokale Sender)
