The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. In particular, Kumar who was manning the front of the house and check-in was most accommodating and left an indelible impression on us with his generosity and making the stay most memorable.

Super new and posh, as expected. Everything was premium quality. Wouldn’t recommend for family stay (especially with young children) 2 things can be improved: bathroom door need label, we knocked head on the glass; when we asked for something delivered to the room, the staff came inside the room while we were all in the toilet, that was unpleasant.

Convenient location, everything is very new and staff is exceptional. One thing to note for the cleaners is to clean the hidden corners next to the wardrobe- I dropped a piece of clothing and collected all the dust

Newly establish hotel, pretty room interior design, relaxing infinity pool after a hot day of exploring, staff were polite and friendly, walking distance to Georgetown tourist attractions.

The location is excellent. Most places walkable. The staff are most attentive to the needs of the guest. We were made to feel like part of of family. Albert in particular went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Eddy was the consummate host. A most memorable stay.

Service at the Jawi Peranakan is first rate - very prompt, attentive and yet unobtrusive from all the staff. Guests feel most welcomed. The rooms are tastefully furnished with Moorish/Indian accents and the grounds provide a tranquil respite from the traffic outside. Guests don't have to walk too far for meals and shopping. We stayed here two nights (23+24 June 2014) while on a round trip in Malaysia. This hotel is pricey compared to the other hotels/B&B in the neighborhood, but its definitely worth the price. The hotel looks like the pictures and has very nice calm over it. Service is great, we didn't had a refrigerator in the room but they just put a mini refrigerator in the room since we had something to celebrate!
