"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Room was tiny (think cruise ship small), but very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff was amazingly nice and kind and hotel was in a great location for tube and bus stops (2-3 min walk).
