Good: -Spacious -Clean -Convenient Bad: - Amenities (only 2 sachets of coffee and no tea) - Agreed checkout time was 11 but the manager was in good 12-13 minutes before that which I do not appreciate. - Check in process is a bit elongated. Even at Marriot/Hilton, they don’t require you to sign papers and briefed.

Hotel is above Fedex office. Reception is only open until 6:00pm and not at all at weekends. My safe didn’t work and although I asked several times, it was never looked at. The lock on my door was old and loose. The key stuck several times but I managed to get them to replace the lock. Location not good. Quite close to West Brompton station but this was closed every weekend and I ended up catching buses and taxis rather than tubes. Finally there was a character hanging around, sometimes near the bus stop, sometimes outside the hotel door. Obviously homeless, dressed in tatters with his jeans hanging down around his knees. He scared me and I had to ask taxi drivers to wait until they saw that I was safely inside the building.
