If you are looking for an inexpensive place in the area …. Great. But the stairs are like climbing in the old castles and it is 3 full sets of stairs. The area is SO noisy. We stayed and June and had to have the windows open because it was SO hot. But then we couldnt sleep and there were at least 20 flying knats or flies. When I called them they did nothing and we moved to a hotel. We needed sleep.

It's in a great location that is close to shopping and walkable to the rest of the sights. The covent gardens subway station is close. It was very noisy. People partied down below late into the early morning. No A/C so pretty hot. Stairs were very steep so not for the elderly or infirm.

I booked this property a while ago I use Hotels.com a lot a week before my journey I went to my hotels.com app to check my stay!! Nothing came up & in my panic rebooked, about 2:45 on the day of the stay we got a call saying our 2 flats were ready 😱. We paid for 2 flats even though the policy said if I hadn’t confirmed then the booking would be cancelled We have paid for two apartments when we only stayed in one! Overall the communication was appalling and in the future we will do everything possible to avoid Stayo!

The stay was overall good but the service is really bad. We only got the password and how to get into the apartment because we reached out to stayo ourselves on the day that we arrived, we were worried that they wouldn’t respond as their number wasn’t going through that day. In terms of cleanliness it was good, but the shower is WAY too small, the bed was uncomfortable and the shower water, if you wanted warm, it had no strength to it. Also our room was very cold even with the heater on. Great blow dryer though, even though there was no full body mirror and no outlet in the bathroom.

Great stay!
The apartment was gorgeous, the only feedback I would give was that the bedroom was absolutely boiling at night and only 1 fan was provided. The toilet also had a smell of drains which wasn’t too pleasant! Overall really enjoyed the stay and the apartment was in a brillant location

Ups and downs
The plus side of the apartment was the location! Great location! However it was situated over a pub, which due to covid, wasn’t open, so I’m not sure how the noise would be if it were. Another plus is that it’s right next to a Tesco metro! Which is extremely convenient! Down sides were.. bed and pillows was so uncomfortable, very very hard to a point, it kept me awake , not good! Entrance was shabby and steep narrow stairs to climb , with luggage, to get to the room. No instructions for how the heating worked, so, therefore we were cold, we used the cooker and hob to help warm the room! Overall, I would use the apartment again, but take a few home comforts like pillows comfortable blankets with me next time!

Would definitely stay again
Really enjoyed staying here, it was clean, comfy (except the sofa bed) and perfect for our girls weekend. Excellent location, with Trafalgar Square down the road along with all other attractions within walking distance. The only thing I would say that is negatively was the apartment was really really warm, and the windows opened but they wouldn’t stay open, meaning we had to try to prop them open. Other than that a great stay!

Never believe the photos
Well the photos on the web were extremely different to the apartment. The double bed mattress was very soft on the outside were ppl would sit more. The room was dusty , the cupboard with the fridge in it smelt of pizza express kitchen . The drains in shower and sink would take a long time to let water down ,the TV glitched ( was fixed next day) . Very dissatisfied.

Fantastic Unit
Really fantastic location (also next door to Tesco metro) well appointed and comfortable unit. Lovely bedrooms and also a sofa bed so would sleep 6 people without a drama. Loved our stay, perfect 😃

To be honest, the advert shows multiple rooms to let but out of about 30 pictures only 3 of them were of the old property they gave us. I thought we would have something similar to the advert but was unhappy to see what we actually had let.

I usually never write a review but I have to this time. It has no elevators. We were 3 girls traveling from the states and we had big suitcases. There was no one to help. On asking they said they can not help us with that. We somehow managed to take our 23kgs 3 suitcases ourselves on the 3-4th floor and on asking is they can help Ya take it down on the day of the checkout - they denied. Not a good experience with the customer support. Our flight was landing early and on asking if we can pick up the keys an hour before our schedules time and they couldn’t do that either. I travel a lot and have been to 20 or more countries but never had this bad experience regarding the accommodation. Bed sheets and duvet covers on the bed were also dirty. But they were kind enough after all this to give us a late checkout but still no one to help to take our suitcases along with handbags and carryons downstairs.

Great central stay.Very close to tube,beautiful Covent Garden.Linens need refreshing.Pillows need to be replaced.maybe extra towels for longer stay than 3 days.Appt. Had a washer but no dryer so no guarantee that towels would be dry for the evening.Shower head in master needs to be fixed. A lot of steps but worth the effort.

Very awkward staircase to bedroom, lots of steps and carpets very dirty, small double bed, only one chair, nice toilet and shower, fridge was only a bottle cooler, no window. Nice clean bedding and towels. No contact with owners to make sure everything is ok, we were refused another chair.

Follow up call and email to ensure successful check-in was definitely great. But no response to email asking for the delay check-out was a bit disappointed. Noises from the unloading of goods from the supermarket lorry at around 3-4am is annoying. The conditions of wooden is a bit old but overall cleanliness is good and comfortable. Location is excellent.

Disappointing Covent Garden trip.
I felt this was a classic example of a bait and switch. The pictures online are NOT of the actual apartment. These people run a variety of different apartments in the area, and will send you to an apartment of their choice. when my family and I got to the actual apartment, after having to go to their office to collect their keys (4 people with luggage), we were sent to this hole in the wall, whose entrance was in a small alley way, with large garbage dumpsters right outside of the door. When walking in, there is no mention of the very small and steep staircase, almost 3 flights to walk up, and then into a small apartment. We could not stay there, and had to find another hotel at the spur of the moment, and proceeded to move on. I would NEVER rent from this company again.

We were at the 1 garrick st. apartment, second floor. the apartment is very well located!!!, very clean, with all the necessary facilities. Good beds. There are road constructions just below. so there are work noises. The WIFI gets disconnected frequently, and this is very annoying.

This flat was in the heart of London in lovely Covent Grade. There were 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. My family of 5 was easily accommodated within the space. Upon arrival the time for check in was completely inflexible with very strict instructions. We had to meet to receive our key to the flat, and with arriving from abroad at 8 am, a 3pm check in time was quite frustrating, although I do understand needing time to clean and reset the flat after the previous tenants checked out. LCS did provide us with information about a bodega that we were able to pay to keep our luggage at while we explored a bit before check in. However, 2 days after checkin I received an email asking for a $300 deposit. Seems to me this could have been taken care of during the checkin process. Then, the following day I received an email that they needed access to the flat for inventory purposes during our stay. In addition to the management of the property, it was not air conditioned (I understand most flats aren't) and there were not enough fans, making it quite stuffy at night. The lights of the outside of the building would rotate color and strobe all night long, creating almost a disco tech feel outside the flat while we were trying to sleep. So keeping the windows open was also not possible. Overall we were pleased with our trip, but would urge the LCS to change the lights on the outside of the building and change check in and deposit practices.

Excellent location! A block from Covent Garden, 2 blocks to the tube. A little Street noise but did not keep us from sleeping. Apartment was clean and all amenities provided. Always felt safe!
