"had an excellent stay at Xanadu one of my favourite hotels in west London. Close to restaurants, parks, bars, transport. Always a warm welcome from the very efficient and friendly staff. Shout out to Santos ( hope I spelt that correctly) who is always around , never flustered and very willing to help with any queries however busy he is. "

Good access, clean and comfortable hotel.

"Excellent hotel for access from M40 and 1 minute walk to Park Royal station.l, so perfect location when visiting London by a car without wanting to drive too deep towards the busy London traffic. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful, and we had a good breakfast. The only issue is that parking availability is very limited, so if arriving late I to the evening, you might struggle to find a space."

"We really enjoyed our stay - we were welcomed and able to check in early. The room was modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the absolute winner for us though - huge choice, super tasty and plenty of dairy free options. Staff were all professional, polite and we received excellent customer service. Check out was also quick and friendly, we'd definitely visit again, thank you! "

"Got upgraded to a suite which was very nice and impressive, extremely clean including the fridge. Plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits provided. Very quiet and dark once the curtains were shut and lights were off. Would recommend, good location only 2 minutes from north ealing station. "

"WE BOOKED INTO THE DOUBLETREE HILTON IN EALING BECAUSE OF ITS PROXIMITY TO PITZHANGER MANOR WHERE THE ANTIQUES ROADSHOW WAS FILMING. IT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS & WAS SUPERB. EASY PARKING, COMFORTABLE CLEAN ROOM, VERY VERY GOOD SERVICE & DELICIOUS FOOD. THE MAITRE D' WAS A CHARMING & VERY HELPFUL MAN WHO RUSTLED UP BREAKFAST EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TOO LATE. ALL IN ALL A VERY EASY, COMFORTABLE, HIGH STANDARD OF HOTEL. "

"If you’re a tourist who is looking for an affordable place to sleep and an easy way to get around London, I doubt if it gets better than this hotel. I loved it. The staff was kind, the tube was literally around 30-40 steps away, the line was a major line, and they fed me a great breakfast (included in the price) every day. There are definitely fancier places to rest your head, but this place did a great job of combining quality, reasonable cost, and convenience. "

"On arrival, -5 Hrs. earlier than check in. Front counter lady try to accommodate us best possible at a rate of 10 pounds per hour (3 Hrs. before checking in). Considering that we have patronized "Best Western" worldwide. I expected a little better than that... Thank you for what you were able to help us with. A courtesy watter bottle would be great next time..."
