Front desk staff was super nice! Towels were a little old and worn and the area next to the pool was a little sad with 3 round, plywood tables. However, the beds were comfy and it was quiet, so overall it was a nice stay.

Good location, but that’s pretty much it

Great location. Room was not very clean (NyQuil pill on the floor), chain lock broken, and complimentary breakfast bags were filled with mostly expired things. If you are attending a nearby concert the location is great!

The front desk staff was quick to correct some issues that were discovered. While the hotel itself is a bit outdated, things work, there is free parking, and is centrally located

The location was great for the event we were attending and close to restaurants. The lady who checked us into our room was VERY unwelcoming and not friendly at all!!

It was conveniently located from my firm, but the bathtub had alot of mildew and all the small towels looked dirty.

It is very run down for the price you charge just because there is a dart tournament next door.

Staff was very accommodating and property was clean. Updates could be made to modernize, but I’m not too picky. Towels at pool were scarce and regular coffee ran out at front desk. Those are my only complaints. Definitely worth the money and such a convenient location! Will stay again!

Every year we come down for the beer expo. the hotel has a great location but is in need of updating. used to get a great continental breakfast but the last 2 years we hear the same story that the dining area is getting remodeled cant blame it on COVID any more those restrictions are gone they were last year too. we like the hotel just needs updating

This property is starting to show its age. Elevator didn't work nor did the hot tub. It was a good location to host the 20 adults and children for a winter family gathering.

Our room was fine

Our room wasnt as bad as people were saying they were, it looked like it was updated a bit. Was good for a night after a concert at the center ,would possibly stay again for event at center ,but not my first choice for more than 1 night. Didnt use pool but it looked pretty good.

Closed hotel

Worst experience i had, show up for check in and on the door it says hotel is closed for renovation and never was informed at all, left without a hotel called around and everything was booked up

I liked the skyway connection to the arena. Meant we could leave our jackets in our room. No one was available at the front desk in the morning, to ask about breakfast, So we checked out without a morning meal.
