The location was great for the event we were attending and close to restaurants. The lady who checked us into our room was VERY unwelcoming and not friendly at all!!

Front desk staff was super nice! Towels were a little old and worn and the area next to the pool was a little sad with 3 round, plywood tables. However, the beds were comfy and it was quiet, so overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel was connected via a skyway to where my meeting was held. Very convenient and safe. Parking was very convenient and easy as well. Room had a microwave and mini fridge which was handy.

Good location, but that’s pretty much it

Great location. Room was not very clean (NyQuil pill on the floor), chain lock broken, and complimentary breakfast bags were filled with mostly expired things. If you are attending a nearby concert the location is great!

The front desk staff was quick to correct some issues that were discovered. While the hotel itself is a bit outdated, things work, there is free parking, and is centrally located

It is very run down for the price you charge just because there is a dart tournament next door.

Closed hotel

Worst experience i had, show up for check in and on the door it says hotel is closed for renovation and never was informed at all, left without a hotel called around and everything was booked up

Staff was very accommodating and property was clean. Updates could be made to modernize, but I’m not too picky. Towels at pool were scarce and regular coffee ran out at front desk. Those are my only complaints. Definitely worth the money and such a convenient location! Will stay again!

I wish I had known the restaurant was closed. That was the 2nd main reason in choosing this place. We would have stayed elsewhere. They did provide a sack breakfast, and the staff was very nice. As at all hotels, I wish they would vacuum more under the bed.
