Muito precário

Atendente despreparada. Cama de casal quebrada e muito suja (com lençóis velhos e muitos fios de cabelo). Sofá esburacado. Móveis e eletrodomésticos antigos e em péssimo estado de conservação (TV de tubo e geladeira enferrujada). O barulho do trânsito, pela manhã, é ensurdecedor. Nas proximidades, não há atrações nem comércio. Não tive coragem de experimentar o café da manhã. Não recomendo.

Falta de recepcionista; café da manhã ruim; piscinas um pouco sujas; estacionamento ruim, sendo necessário descer do carro para empurrar o portão e com acesso ruim; por fim, existem muitas oportunidades de melhoria. Apesar disso tudo, o responsável tinha boa vontade para ajudar!

O café da manhã é em outro lugar uma padaria limitado a 15 reais e produtos velhos de pouca higiene e só dá direito a uma pão e um suco. Muito ruim. Descobri que o hotéis.com passa os dados do cartão para a pousada e para minha surpresa a pousada passou o valor de 100 por cento quando deveria ter passado 50. Me senti inseguro e muito chateado. Liguei para o hotéis.com e a atendente se mostrou ignorar minha reclamação. Fui embora antes só previsto e só fiz gastar meu dinheiro e que paguei duas vezes se não tivesse consultado meu cartão.
