"Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. Room is more of an apartment vibe than a hotel. Staff is friendly but it’s not the same service you would get at a 5 star hotel. Gives more of a hotel/residency than an actual hotel. Walls are also really thin so if you are a light sleeper you might not feel the most well rested, you can hear guests closing and opening the door and staff cleans the room early so you can really hear everything. "

"We stayed here for the new year, and overall had a good experience, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay easy and pleasant. The only downside was the location; while Arroios is a decent and quieter area, it’s a bit far from Lisbon’s main attractions, so getting around required extra time and transportation, which was a little inconvenient, especially for a shorter trip."

"Prime Lisbon location, high walkability, beautiful view overlooking a park. Food, shopping and site seeing all a walk away. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Would stay at this hotel again if/when we return to Lisbon."
