Une bonne adresse pour un court séjour

Très bien de façon générale : chambres spacieuses , propreté parfaite , petits déjeuners copieux et bonnes capacités de stationnement . Possibilité d'acheter un grand choix de vins de Moravie .

Hotel Galant

Hotel čistý, standardní vybavení, prostorná koupelna. Velký výběr kvalitního jídla na snídani. Jediné mínus bylo, že cena ubytování nezahrnovala vstup na bazén a byla poměrně vysoká při porovnání s cenami jiných bazénových zařízení v Mikulově.

pozor na pokoje deluxe

Objednali a zaplatili jsme si větší pokoje deluxe s terasou s vidinou hezkého a pohodlného pobytu. bohužel po příjezdu nám byly dány pokoje standard s okny začínajícími ve výšce cca 2m. po reklamaci jsme následně dostali 1 pokoj větší bez terasy a 1 malý (okolo 15m2) s terasou. po nepřepažené terase se nám procházeli lidé ze sousedního pokoje, výhled nebyl na památky ale do protilehlé střechy, ráno i večer byly slyšet detaily ze sprchy a WC sousedů. Uklidit a vyměnit ručníky přišli vždy až po reklamaci na recepci. na opětovnou reklamaci a žádost o vrácení rozdílu mezi pokojem deluxe a standard recepce tvrdila, že dle nich je to pokoj deluxe a nabídla kompenzaci pouze v hodnotě 1/3 rozdílu dražšího a levnějšího pokoje. tzn zklamání jak z pokoje tak i z upachtěného řešení reklamace. jinak místo dobré, venkovní restaurace dobrá, ale recepce a rezervační + sales management mizerné.

Recommended for beautiful Mikulov

Dlouho jsem zvazoval jak recenzi napsat. Pozitiva strucne: krasny Mikulov, svetlo ve skrini, to jsem jeste nevidel, to je super a paradni snidane, chutna vajicka, ohromny vyber vseho mozneho. A nyni negativa: tesil jsem se na prosklenou strechu nad bazenem a koukani na hvezdy z tepleho bazenu. Strecha neni ze skla, ale z levneho polykarbonatu, plastove nepruhledne nahrazky skla. Toto byl hlavni duvod naseho vyberu a proto obrovske zklamani. Kava u bazenu do papirovych kelimku? No fuj. Deserty zadne. Druhe tragicke zklamani dira mezi postelema (ale to je klasicky problem vetsiny CZ hotelu), to neni dvojluzko, ale dve srazene postele k sobe. Cely komplex je hezky, cisty. Recommended on average.
No king bed. Just two separate ones with big hole between them.

Hotel met mooie kamers en zwembad vlakbij centrum

Mooi hotel op wandelafstand van het centrum, comfortabele kamers, heel uitgebreid ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede faciliteiten met jacuzzi en zwembad. Enkel zijn deze inbegrepen voor de hotelgasten van 9 - 14h, nadien dient er voor betaald te worden.

V nabídce byl uveden bazén zdarma. V hotelu po nás chtěli 150 Kč na 2 hodiny a osobu. Odpoledne zákaz s dětmi do bazénu. Doporučení z recepce - bazén v Lednici. Informace nejsou uvedeny v nabídce hotelu a proto velké zklamání u vnučky. Jinak čistota, personál, hotelová restaurace i strava velmi dobrá.

Probably the best in Mikulov!

Galant Hotel is probably the most reasonable option in Mikulov with a spa, good parking lot, bog rooms, close to the center and a reasonable local restaurant. It is definitely not sonethibg you will dream about but it will provide you with eveythibg you need for a short stay.

Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the main town center. Plenty of parking. Windows open to get free air. Beds are comfortable. Reception staff spoke English and was very friendly. The breakfast is very basic. Access to the pool and rooftop area is extra, not included with room. The only thing I didn't like was that the hallway on the second floor smelled very bad. The only way to air it out would be to leave room doors open (and their windows open), mid-day when guests are out. The adjoining ground-level restaurant was very good. Overall, very happy with the hotel and will stay there again.

Super Ausblick, toller Whirlpool aber sonst :-(

Das Positive zuerst: Der Wellnessbereich (je nach gebuchter Zimmerkategorie im Preis inkludiert, sonst € 10.- für 90 Minuten) am Dach des Hotels mit zwei Outdoorwhirlpools und dem wirklich tollen Ausblick ist sehr sehenswert. Das war es dann aber auch schon mit den positiven Eindrücken 😔! Der Check in konnte erst mit Verspätung erfolgen, die Bettwäsche war steif und fühlte sich überhaupt nicht angenehm an und die Betten verfügten nur über eine viel zu harte Matratze ohne Lattenrost. Die Nacht über wurden wir dann wegen der hellhörigen Zimmern einige Male aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Das war es dann aber leider noch nicht! Um 6 begannen die Vorbereitungen für das Frühstück. Und nachdem unser Zimmer unter dem Frühstücksraum - der übrigens eine tolle Aussicht auf Mikulov ermöglicht - lag, dort aber die Holzsessel im Zusammenspiel mit dem Kunststoffbelag eine mehr als unangenehme Geräuschkulisse erzeugten, war die Nacht dann auch schon zu Ende. Alles in allem: Außen hui innen eher pfui. Wir werden ziemlich sicher nicht mehr kommen.

Parádní poloha pro pobyt v Mikulově

Skvělá poloha hotelu jen pár metrů od mikulovského náměstí, zámku, svatého kopečku a různých vinařství. Pohodlné parkování ve dvoře hotelu. Možnost úschovy kol a dokonce i půjčení na místě. Wellness na střeše hotelu s dokonalým výhledem. Velký hotel s mnoha pokoji, vlastním vinným sklepem a vínem a dokonce i s vlastním minipivovarem.

Topklasse hotel.

Super hotel i en af de beste små byer i Tjekkiet. Et stort plus var adgang til spa og poolområde om formiddagen uden beregning, og den overdådige morgenbuffet Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen og vil til enhver tid anbefale dette hotel som det første i Mikulov, og dette også selv om det skulle vise sig at være det dyreste. Man får virkelig luksus for pengene. Personalet er i særklasse og man kan virkelig føle sig forkælet af servicen.
