Located in Namba and really near Den den town, there were multiple stores nearby that had plenty of food and entertainment options. Amenities were great, service staff friendly; with water dispensers and vending machines located on all floors, making it convenient to grab drinks.

Staff were very helpful. Playroom was a fun place that my kids enjoyed a lot. There were games in the room too. Fun experience. Very convenient location

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and fluent in English communication. This apartment is definitely family- and infant-friendly, and I really appreciated that the bedroom was separated from the living area and pantry (no stove/cooking equipment) —it made things much more comfortable with a baby. The location is also convenient, with train stations nearby that made exploring Osaka easy. The only downsides were that the laundry and dryer facilities are located at the reception area...

The hotel location is pretty near to Dotonbori as indicated in the many reviews. It offers room for a family of 4 which is the main reason why I chose it over the other hotels. Amenities nothing to shout about. There is no breakfast option. Overall I gave it 4.5 to 5 star.

Convenient location which is a stone throw away from Shinsaibashi shopping streets. 50 minutes from Kansai airport by taxi. Extremely clean and new room. Excellent housekeeping service.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very convenient and close to shopping, restaurants, and transport. The room was not very big (just enough for a couple with 2 big luggages) but very comfortable, clean, and my spouse and I could relax properly. What stood out most was the excellent service from the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They served very good breakfast too. Overall, a very enjoyable experience...

The room was spotless. The blind was a blackout blind, which meant that we could sleep in. The amenities provided were excellent as well; moisturising cream etc... It was also conveniently located from the subway exit. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Osaka.

Clean rooms

The room is clean and spacious. I like that it could still fit a small table in the room for light meals. The shower and toilet is separated which is very convenient and saves time. The hotel lobby provides water, free refreshments and toiletries which is very well-thought of. Appreciated it. No complaints.

The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is of good size, clean and comfortable.

Comfortable stay, with great location near amenities/food/malls/Namba station. Some road noise depending on room, expected in Namba. Room with washer/dryer is god sent

Great location which is just beside the Nankai train station. Housekeeping personnel and concierge staff provided excellent service during my stay. Kudos to the hotel staff in elevating my overall stay at Swissotel Nankai Osaka.

The hotel is located in a very accessible area. Dotonbori is walkable…15-20mins. On your way, you will see a lot of restaurants as well. The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff are all helpful and attentive of our needs.
