Lovely property in a perfect location - great for families with teens

We spent a week in August 2020. Two adults plus 5 kids - 18, 15, 15, 15 & 12 With the kids entertainment zone, the grill, the fire pit, the boat slip etc, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy your time on the lake or in the house. It really was the perfect location in all ways coupled with fabulous landlords who hosted you perfectly but also trusted you to get on and enjoy your vacation without interference. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Fun Spot for Hanging Out

This is a really fun property, particularly for families with teens. Our kids loved the arcade set up and the space to hang out. Owners were great and very responsive.

Great home away from home!

Wonderful quiet cove for swimming, very responsive hosts, and a lovely house and deck for hanging. We spent 4 weeks here during covid, and it was a great home away from home for us!

Fun family time

The hosts were accommodating and wonderful to work with! The house was very clean and the basement was awesome for the kids! The neighborhood was nice and quite. We only experienced 2 things that were hard to overlook: 1. The house insulation is lacking. If you have small children that need to go to bed, you will need to keep the others in the group very quite. 2. The outside deck is in dire need of TLC. Although, the listing did indicate that the house was on a cove vs the lake, you can not swim near the dock. The water is to shallow. Other than the things listed above, we had an amazing adventure spending time with family at this quaint home.

Perfect Escape

We were looking for a secluded getaway with our kids and Lake Anna was just what we needed. The house was spotlessly clean and well stocked. My teenagers loved the games and movie collection. My 7 year old enjoyed going down to the dock each night after dinner to hunt for turtles and frogs. The lake itself is huge and clean and gave us plenty of fun and adventure. Thank you Kirsten and Nick!
