"The apartment was so cozy and inviting! Our time spent in West Jefferson was relaxing and fun! Jim and Kathy were perfect hosts. The space is beautiful, very clean and full of surprises. "My wife and i stayed in cabin ten for three nights. We were wanting to find a quiet place to relax for a few days. We found exactly that! We drank a lot of the spring water and made excellent coffee with it. Our desires to find a place of rest in a quiet place was a complete success. Management supplied a great map of the area upon check in, showing places of interest in the area (including the famous spring on site). We went out to explore the area every day and relaxed in the cabin as well....

"The good: The place was clean and the shower was great. Best water pressure of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was very small and somewhat cramped (couldn't get much in the mini-fridge), but adequate and the price was much lower than anything else around. Had very little interaction with the staff but when I did they were courteous and professional. The place is also within minutes of Mount Jefferson and the New River. Beautiful scenery and natural attractions all over that...
