Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. The area around it is ok, beach is lovely but other than that it’s just a main road with a number of super touristy shops and restaurants.

Very impressed!

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and very much geared towards families, which was great for us. The hotel was clean and modern. The feel and smell within reception was lovely (you’ll know what I mean if you stay here). The entertainment was just enough without being too much or tacky. Overall a very nice stay in a beautiful hotel.

Superbly family friendly. We loved our week here. Restaurant buffet at breakfast and dinner is copious and delicious. The whole place is beautifully maintained and very clean. The cot provided for us was clean and very comfortable and breathable. The staff are all very helpful and warm. There's a great outdoor heated pool and a heated paddling pool, which our 21 month old absolutely loved. The other pools were still a bit too cold (we visited mid April). The Mini Disco at 8pm every evening was an enormous hit too. A multilingual hit-fest for the little ones (and parents!) brought to life by the talented animatrices. We've made memories to treasure. Highly recommend.

Summary - great place to stay in you like a typical ‘British’ family holiday in a sunny resort - safe hotel with activities, evening entertainment put on, kids club and lots of other people about. If you have young kids the pool here is great. Probably not for you if you have teenagers or prefer a place with nice local restaurants around an old town or bay. Hiring a car would be a good option. Positives - Breakfast is good, friendly staff on reception,beach has clear blue water -great for young kids as it is very shallow. Kebabs in the Grill restaurant were lovely and the meat was cooked nicely. There are some great local restaurants Lots of burger bars/ American style diners if you like that sort of restaurant. Lots of shops that sell football shirts and beach shoes and plastic if you like that sort of thing Negatives - Keycards for room did not work, insufficient sun beds for guests. No taxi service. The hotel does not have links with a local taxi service. You cannot book a restaurant and expect a taxi to take you there. Reception doesn’t tell you this but the local bus service is good and reliable. Meal ordered at the hotel Grill restaurant came as something different from the menu - we were advised that was because the chef felt like changing it! It would have been preferable to know this in advance. Tomahawk for 2 came with one small potato to share and a half sweetcorn cob to share. Food arrived before drinks. Next to wetlands - lots of mosquitoes

Leider waren sehr viele kleine Kinder in dem Hotel, was dazu geführt hat, dass es super laut war und man nicht wirklich entspannen konnte. Beim Frühstück gab es oft Speisen vom Vortag, die leider nicht mehr knusprig bzw. frisch schmeckten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war leider in die Jahre gekommen (Standard), wenn man „Suite“ bucht kommt man in die neuen Zimmer. Man riecht in den Standardzimmern wenn in den anderen Apartments gekocht wird. Pool war top und auch das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Die Essensauswahl, wie auch der Service waren toll. Als Allergikerin hätte ich mir mehr Beschriftung oder Hilfe durch die Köche gewünscht. Das Zimmer war sauber, ausreichend groß und schön eingerichtet. Haken im Bad zum Aufhängen der Handtücher und eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Klimaanlage wären wünschenswert.
