Ok, more of a b&b feel to it. I had good room upstairs whilst a mate had a fairly ordinary room. No signage in English out front so had to use photo to find hotel. Breakfast very basic.

The place has been neglected and seems to be running on basic 1~2 person on day~ 11 pm duty. Other than managing to air the room a bit by turning aircon high & opening doors/window. The ‘breakfast’ bread (stale) leftover from 1st day was clearly fermented by 2nd day of stay and when pointed it out to night staff to throw away, bottom few pieces reappeared the next morning...3 of the 6 bicycles worked after pumping tyres back up w single side brakes...so took one to scout around and moved ;)

Cozy, quaint, enjoyable
Great deal for the service, comfort, and surrounding area. The bed was soft, unlike the typical hard mattresses of Thailand. Close to restaurants and main road. Good wifi. They provided bicycles and great advice on where to go. Personal service and sweet owners. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this small, homey hotel. One thing to note is that there's a school next door and during the day there is some noise, but it didn't bother us since we were out exploring during the school hours.

ได้โทรนัดกับเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนจะไปถึงวันที่เข้าพัก โดยโทรนัดวันที่1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2561 เวลา14.00น ว่าจะเข้าพักวันที่9กุมภาพันธ์ แต่ถึงเวลาเที่ยงคืนหรือตี1ของวันที่10กุมภาพันธ์ 2561 ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมบอกว่าจริงๆกลับบ้านกันตอน23.00น. แต่วันที่ลูกค้ามาจะอยู่รอให้ แต่สุดท้ายไปถึงที่โรงแรม ไม่มีใครอยู่เลย ทั้งๆที่ความจริงได้โทรนัดในวันที่1กุมภาพันธ์ ถึง2ครั้งเพื่อเน้นย้ำว่า จะถึงดึกมากช่วยรอนะคะ เนื่องจากได้ชำระเงินผ่านExpedia ไปแล้ว อันที่จริง ในข้อมูลก่อนจองโรงแรม ได้เห็นข้อมูลในexpediaว่าสามารถเข้าพักได้24ชม และคุณมั่นใจได้ว่า มีที่พักแน่นอน ข้อความนี้ไม่น่ามีนะคะ เพราะถ้ามีแล้ว สุดท้ายลูกค้าไม่มีที่พัก ต้องหาที่พักใหม่ในเวลาตี1ตี2 มันทำให้ลูกค้าจะไม่มีวันจองอีกแล้ว

บ้านกว้างกว้างกลางเมืองน่าน เดินทางสะดวก
ประทับใจมาก มีวันนึงต้องออกตั้งแต่ตี 5 น้องที่บ้านตื่นมาก่อนมาทำข้าวต้มหมู ไส้กรอก ขนมปัง แพ็คไปให้กิน ในถุงมีชาม มีช้อนด้วย ดูแลเหมือนแม่ดูแลลูกเลย
