My stay at Wenfeng Star was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff went completely out of their way to take care of all my needs. An example.of their great service and staff, I wanted to buy something from the store. Through the use of a translation app, I was able to explain to them that I was not sure how to.find the store.One of the young men behind the front desk put his coat on and walked all the way to the store just to show me where it was. He even helped me make my purchases by showing me where everything was in the store.I couldn't believe it. There are so many other example of their exemplary service. The two young men who work at the front desk are the go to people if you need anything at this hotel. Great guys. The rooms are okay and the reason I say this is because even though they are comfortable rooms, they lack the tender loving care that this hotel deserves. Considering the cost for a nightly stay, it was something that was tolerable. Free breakfast tickets are given nightly so you can have a standard Chinese breakfast which was so yummy. Most of the staff can speak very limited English but they do try.really hard to help. If you are.not familiar with the city of Nantong, you can ask for a card that has a map of the area along with information written in English and.chinese that you can give me taxi driver to help you get around.
