Luxury hotel but terrible soundproofing
"I found Grand Park City Hall to be just as advertised -- understated luxury in the heart of downtown. There's only one complaint I have: The sound proofing in the room is non-existent. I could hear clearly anyone walking past in the corridor, not to mention the screams of two children that were staying ..."
