Great Location! Stay in the Villa.
Stayed in the Villa portion of hotel which has larger, modern rooms. Great location right on Namba Walk and close to station and Dotonbori. The parking is in a vertical structure so in-and-out access to your vehicle isn't easy.

The outdoor public bath was good. Problem? We did not know this existed. Also, we had a hard time carrying our luggage up the steps from the subway exit and then the hotel entrance.
