Bathroom was filthy hair everywhere, blood stained toilet, not nice at all. Otherwise its shabby. Beds were so uncomfortable. Could feel every spring. Location was good.

Property was directly in the main area of shops restaurants and round 1 games facility also the train station runs underneath it which was handy. Hotel room was great and did its job. Would stay again.

After checking in 2 adults and 2 children (12, 9), we find in our room has 3 single beds, 3 pillows, 3 robes, 3 slippers, 3 coffee cups, 3 wata bottles, and 3 bathroom rinse cups. The staff at the front desk said it is hotel policy to provide one bed for 2 children. This is terrible! We would never booked this hotel if we knew they could not accommodate a family of four!

Great hotel room. Not big but all you need for your stay in Osaka. Property was very clean. Room was quite. In one of the best locations in the city. Close to everything as well as access to a big station. Close to all the major food places. Staff able to help with needs

Love the convenience of the location. Just above Namba Walk so no matter how's the weather, there's no drama. The only downside is the room is a bit too dark, I guess it's because of the wall colour? Nevertheless, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended
