I loved the projector in the room. Having Netflix and YouTube for entertainment was great! The staff was always so welcoming and accommodating. I hope to come back again.

Wonderful staff
I had a bit of a long stay here so I think my experience will differ from most. I got to know the staff over the month I was there and they were wonderful, wonderful people. They helped me out with some trouble spots, they gave me recommendations for some great places to eat that I would have never found on my own and they were very kind to me while I worked in the lobby. I had a lot of fun staying there and am very happy to have made some new friends. Can’t say enough about the group working there.

So this hotel was one subway stop to Namba however if you are taking the Shinkansen the station to get to Shin Osaka is 10-12 mins away. The hotel is new however there is a strange smell in the hallway. The bed is on the ground as shown in the pictures. The AC didn’t work it was either too cold or just refused to work. The bathroom was small but great water pressure. Loved the projector with Netflix. Did not like that everything had a charge. Like no daily housekeeping without an extra charge. No extra towels without an extra charge. No ice machine onsite and the fridge was like a camping one that can barely cope with keeping things cold. Very close to Tsutenkaku and the new world market. Not worth the money
