Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. One of the major highlights is a great breakfast with an awesome view on Mt Fuji (if the weather allows). "

"Hotel with Mount Fuji view and there's a private onsen available beside the hotel. There's also a large premium outlet just beside the hotel. The food in the hotel is great too. Overall, it is a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Will stay at this hotel again when I come to visit Mount Fuji next time. "

"Great place to stay in Mount Fuji area. Our room was 302 with direct views to Mount Fuji. The room was huge with 3 beds an bathroom but no wardrobe. The place has amazing public baths with indoor and outdoor areas. Staff are really kind and helpful. There is a restaurant on site but didn’t try it. Didn’t have breakfast included either son can’t comment. There is plenty of car spaces. There is a Daison next door, couple conbinis and restaurants nearby. Great location to explote the area. "The hotel was a little far from the train / bus station. It provided a free shuttle service on the morning from hotel to the train station, but only 3 or 4 times. Did not provide free shuttle service from train station to the hotel."

"This hotel is an experience. It's an isolated location on a mountain side, but the hotel decor is almost a museum and worthy of being a destination in itself. On top of that, the exterior private baths are absolutely amazing, we booked them multiple times per day. Every meal was exceptional. Thank you for the beautiful memories!"

"Love every single thing about this hotel. The place is very close to the station, gives free access to the park and hot spring, and have really beautiful place for breakfast facing mount fuji. "This was perfect for traveling with kids. The room was large, there was a public and private bath. Staff were great with my toddler and there are kids areas and free snacks for them, while it's also in walking distance to other things in Gora. I would stay again. "
