"We stayed at hotel milan as a transition from our flight to san jose, to our adventures outside of the city. The staff were very kind and friendly and accommodating to our two year old son. We were particularly happy with the maintenance worker, who went above and beyond his job to make our stay comfy, especially given that we have a small child. Thank you. "

"Great location for a short stay in San Jose. Near shopping and can walk almost everywhere in town. Rooms were clean and people were friendly. Breakfast buffet was ok not great. We ordered pancakes but got completely forgotten until after waited a long time and we asked and they were like oh you want to order pancakes? No one was apologetic at all; just order now why complain ? Still, good place to stay even with ‘I’m always right’ breakfast staffs…"
