Le logement est bien situé, à proximité des transports et des commerces, ce qui est pratique. En revanche, le quartier n’est pas très agréable et pourrait être plus propre. Une des chambres est régulièrement gênée par une odeur d’égout. Enfin, Quant aux plages les plus proches, elles sont décevantes et peu engageantes.
