"Clean, spacious suite for my family of four. The connecting rooms were ideal with a living space in between. We really enjoyed our meal at the Teppanyaki restaurant, they were gracious to accommodate us at the last minute as we flew in without a reservation. My teenage boys said it was the best steak they’ve ever had. Location is great as well, the nearby castle was an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay, thank you! "

"Except the automated check in process which was not personalised touch everything else was great . Dryer and washing every night was amazing race all taken up so either you come back early to wash your clothes or really later after 12am. "

"Super convenient! The train station is on the lobby of the hotel. Awesome toiletries. You need to get the body loofah total life changer. Their breakfast buffet has a lot of option to chose from. Lastly the toilets are like no other specially in the US. Warm toilets seats are a game changer."
