Great place to stay
Hotel looks very nice outside and inside, our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious - few different options available, also for vegetarians. Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate and cookies in room made the time there sweeter too. Place is quiet and great to get a good rest after days out while on holiday in beautiful Cornwall. Collin is fantastic host, friendly and helpful, whatever we needed - he sorted out. My autistic daughter was feeling safe there - and this is not so easy to find. We've had very nice week in Elmswood House and will definitely recommend this place to all who want to find a nice, quiet place to stay. Thank you Collin 🙂

Wonderful place to get away.
We absolutely loved our stay at Elmswood! Colin was fantastic, very helpful, understanding and kind. The house was beautiful, as well as the room, and the view! Daily breakfasts were fresh, local, and delicious (and allergy friendly for my wife). We were down the street from a great pub and restaurant, and we were able to take a quick drive to places we wanted to visit (Eden Project, Heligan, Lanhydrock). If we make it back to this area, we won’t hesitate to book at Elmswood again. We loved our stay.

The property was well located near to the Eden Project in a quiet village. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really excellent and our room had a lovely view over the countryside. We did however feel that the place was somewhat dated and in need of refreshing and our bathroom with shower was extremely small. We did however enjoy our stay.

The house was nice, service was good .The curtains were too light so you were woken too early by the brightness.The bed was very comfortable breskfast ok. Tv was too small.

A lovely escape in a beautiful area
Me and my partner loved our stay at Elmswood house. It is in a lovely location and a short walk away from a local beach. There is lots of greenery and wildlife, and greats walks around the area. We had a very bright, airy room with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Our host Collin was welcoming and friendly and tended to our needs. The locally sourced breakfast was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day, there were plenty of choices for breakfast that would suit everyone. The house itself was wonderful, peaceful and beautifully decorated. The garden itself was relaxing and faced a beautiful church, there were lots of different birds we spotted too. We were in a good location for other areas that only required a short drive to get to so we managed to make the most of our stay. Overall we had a very calm and peaceful time at Elmswood house and we would recommend it to people of all ages and walks of life. Looking forward to a future visit. Thank you Collin!
