TERRIBLE HOTEL DIRTY AND UNCLEAN - RUN

This hotel is the dirtiest and most UNprofessional hotel we have ever walked into. We had a room booked with expedia and showed up at the hotel at 8 pm. We checked in and got a room key to a room that was dirty and not cleaned. We returned to the lobby where the front desk manager tells us sorry housekeeping is already gone and we don't have any other rooms available for you. So we had to walk across the street to book another hotel for the night. Now in trying to get a refund from the hotel we paid for through Expedia has been another nightmare where no one responds to you or tries to help you. The hotel had cobwebs, no elevator and was just gross. Run away

Slechtste hotel ooit,

verschrikkelijk, vies. De kamers waren smerig om iets aan te raken, alles rook muf. De douche was zo smerig dat we niet konden douchen. De ligging is perfect weliswaar in multiculturele wijk, Maar dichtbij het centrum. Er was veel lawaai in de nacho en er kwamen vaak lugubere personnen met Lange baarden en Lange witte gewaden bij de baliemedewerker om ergens over te onderhandelen. Geen fijn gevoel. Tip: haal dit hotel van jullie list.

Not too bad

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days within that 10 days no one checked my room to see if I needed a change of sheet or clean towels, very poorly managed. The staff didn't understand English and they didn't seem to care, like they are only on the job to collect a salary. I enjoyed Paris!!

NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL. ESTA MUY SUCIO.

El peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida. En las fotos se muestra algo que en realidad no es. Lo mas desagradable de todo es lo SUCIO... el baño es algo horrible... en un solo cuarto esta el sanitario el lavabo y la regadera... sin nada que separe una cosa de otra.. al abrir la regadera se moja todo.. solo hay en el piso un desague... y moho hasta en la secadora de pelo obvio... solo lo utilizamos para dormir una noche antes de que nuestro vuelo saliera... pero el lugar esta horrible... pudo haber sido un lugar sencillo, hasta viejo.. pero limpio... y no fue asi... por favor no vayan.. ademas se veia un barrio peligroso.

des notre arrivée l accueil était déplorable ; la personne ne nous a même pas donné le no de la chambre appart nous l avons demandé; en entrant dans la chambre une odeur de moisissure et de sale nous a choqué, l état de la douche inexistante vu que le bac a douche a été enlevé , nous avons trouvé une raclette pour évacuer l'eau qui stagnait après chaque douche , et tout le reste de l appart sale mal entretenu, je ne reviendrai jamais dans cette enseigne d' appart même en me payant !!!!!!!!

Save aggravation stay outside vs paying for this!!

I want 60% of my money back. No screens on Windows, no air conditioning, no way to get apartment cooled down without mosquito and other bug bites. Hotels.com should remove this property from your website, as Appart'City in Paris is a pathetic excuse at being a hotel or anything resembling an apartment for a family. Hotel would not even loan us a fan that they were using to keep cool in office.

Literally, the worst place I've ever stayed in.

If you're going to listen to any review today, I urge you let it be this one! I went here for 1 night and I'd booked it looking at the rating and the pictures by the hotel (first mistake). The moment I got to the hotel both of the staff on the front desk didn't speak any English at all, (yes rude to assume but I thought as hotel staff they'd be expected to know one of the most spoken languages in the Western world). I started by asking if they spoke and English, they didn't so I then tried to ask if I could check in then by showing them my reservation number, one of them just got up and walked off... The other started shouting something in French which I gathered was my name, I said it to her and she huffed as she searched for it. Once she eventually found it she started shouting again demanding my passport and because I didn't understand what she was saying she got more and more impatient and louder until I realised, she basically snatched it from my hand and took it to photo copy, then she demanded my bank card by pointing at my wallet, again getting more and impatient, once I'd finally realised she took it, gave me my room key and card back then told me where to go. She hadn't given my passport back though and when I asked she refused essentially and then begrudgingly got up and handed it too me... Finally when she was directing me to my room from the desk, by shouting, I couldn't find it and she got very impatient and was just shouting "left, left, left". As you guys c

Chambre non fumeur qui sentait le tabac froid, moquette trempée, lit pour bébé absent, voisinage alcoolique et drogué....jamais une autre image de la SNCF. Je m'attendais a qqch de plus "cohérent".

Plaques de cuisson qui ne chauffe même pas de l eau pour cuire des pâtes aucunes ventilation j imagine même pas en été fenêtre vis a vis sur la chambre d en face donc laisser ouvert la nuit n est pas pensable en plus des moustiques, juste le réceptionniste de nuit m a apporté un ventilateur bien gentille, ça ne vaut pas son prix chambre au niveau de la cuisine peu nettoyer et la salle de bain sale. Je pense que même le première classe a cote ou le kyriad aurait était mieux vu que je n ai pas pu me faire a manger même la cafetière n était pas dans la chambre il a fallut que je cours après la femme de ménage

Salle d'eau Horrible

La chambre est spacieuse mais la salle de bain est HORRIBLE. Présence de moisissures et prévoir 5 min après chaque douche pour serpiller. J'invite le directeur de cet hôtel à venir prendre une douche dans la chambre 006. Assurez vous que des travaux soient effectués dans la salle d'eau avant de mettre les pieds dans cet hôtel à moins que si vous pouvez vous passer de la douche.
