We arrived and checked it into our room (Luxury Suites). The moment that we enter into the room, notice the aircon is leaking (condensation). The reception offers us the room next door but we prefer the initial room (better view), so she arranges for the technician to fix it. The next day, it still dripping of water and finally it was fixed. Suggest it should be check before the guest arrival. Maybe this room has less attention, cos is nearer to the apartment. Honestly, the room and furniture are outdated and poorly maintained. The housekeeping, don’t vacuum the carpet. Stains on the sofa. The Wifi is really bad for a 5-star hotel, we need to login several times in a day even if we are in the room. Given a new password also the same thing, it didn’t help. The TV is equally bad, not clear and some channels are not able to view (as compared to the first 2 days of our stay). Generally, we are very pleased with the staffs, especially the staffs at EVE during our breakfast, they are very friendly and attentive in their services. The hotel location is a plus point for us. Would appreciate the management to bring the hotel to its 5-star standard in due course.

Very good location of the hotel and spaces rooms. Breakfast is rich and very tasty. I have been the second time and strongly recommended to go there. You will not find a better hotel for this price in Bangkok. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hansar has also a very good General Manager who takes care about customer satisfaction - outstanding 4 days for us!

My second time staying at Hansar. Fell in love ever since my first stay, the service, the design, smell of the air and the awesome breakfast. I just wanted to stay in as much as possible and not leaving my room. ❤️❤️❤️

The breakfast was amazing, they serve healthy dishes made of organic ingredients. Location is very convenient. Room is very spacious and comes with complimentary drinks from the mini bar.
