Loved it and the staff was ultra friendly. I wish the pool was open a bit later on the weekend.

The property was really accessible with the BTS station very close by and convenient to major shopping areas. The breakfast was a nice and had good choices.

I am very upset that the hotel is charging me for 9-day stay when I didn't stay at the hotel at all. I received no booking confirmation ahead of time nor any notices about a pending reservation close to or after the check-in date. I stayed at another hotel and had no contact with the Hansar Hotel until I called them while in Bangkok to challenge the credit card charge that turned up. The hotel refused to accept a cancellation and said it is hotel policy to charge for the full time of booking regardless of how long or receipt of any cancellation notice after the check-in date. I have traveled overseas for 35 years and never been treated this way by any hotel. I think this is abusive and completely unfair. An empty room can be re-booked at any time so there is no loss beyond the first night. I think Expedia should do more to screen its hotels to ensure fair and honest dealing with guests instead of just collecting the agency fee and saying "not our problem". I won't be using expedia anymore either.

I love the ambience & the staffing service. The free daily continental breakfast is just an impeccable service with the accommodation.

The staff in this hotel is excellent! They are so helpful and so friendly. The room was huge!! We could’ve stayed for a month. It was like an apartment. Lots of storage . What it was lacking were outlets for our telephones near the beds. Only discovered that the outlet on one side of the bed could’ve been used for one cellphone. Internet was rather slow. The bathroom was huge . Comments on the bathroom. The shower floor needs to be redone as it looks a bit moldy. Inside the medicine cabinets a little spackling and paint would make it nicer. The sofa in the room needs to be reupholstered as it looks worn and tired. But , overall, we loved the place, the location and the staff!
