This property was not what we expected. We were very disappointed with the standard of this room, there was a strong chemical smell, the furniture was old, dirty and miss matched. The sofa bed was broken, dirty and propped up by a board, it was not fit for use. The room looked out to a car park which was noisy, had lights on all night and was not secure. We were unable to sleep in this room. Do not stay here, this property needs to be refurbished.

Convenient place to stay if you are not fuss about too much detail. Furniture was not as shown on the photos but for a family travelling with young children, I found the apartment spacious. All appliances in the apartment worked. The apartment is opposite a Convenient store and there was another grocery store nearby. Red cat bus route was another added advantage making it easy to get into the city. Staying on the apartment felt safe and staff were helpful and friendly. I would have extended my stay but there was no availability. I would recommend to families with young children.

My apartment was clean and more than I expected. The only issues I had were the oven needs new stickers so it's easier to know we're the dual is placed eg oven or grill. I called reception about a problem I was having with my key card to access my room and the issue was fixed promptly. I was given a bottle of wine complimentary for my door issues so that was nice. Location was excellent. I will definitely stay again.

The building is a bit out of the way. Check in was a long wait with only one staff on duty and then the key didn’t work so more waiting and annoyance. Apartment itself was really big which was great but it was a little dated. Weird there was no tissues and I didn’t ask for any as the after hours staff were pretty unwelcoming. There was also a cockroach! Kinda gross.

The 2 bdrm apartment we had was nothing like the photos. The furniture was old and dated with the varnish peeling of it, the carpets etc were filthy. The couch was so hard you couldn't sit on it. We would never stay there again and would not recommend it.
