Let’s start on the good points, the house it’s self had a lot to offer. The layout of the property was good, great kitchen, lots of space and two bathrooms.
First impressions was shocking, the front of the property was totally unkept and didn’t look like it had been cut or swept in ages. The furniture inside had not been moved and clean under and therefore the cleanliness of the property was awful. There was cheese still embedded on the cooking trays that made you wonder if any of the crockery or cutlery had been cleaned. The outside was even worse with the area not swept, table filthy and the BBQ still having food remains embedded on it. Whilst the open plan area was very large it was almost unusable as there was very little furniture, no sofa or any chairs. The beds had gone passed their best and the bed linen in some rooms did not match the size of the bed. The decoration of the property required a total refresh. Some walls have substantial cracks especially at the back of the house and around the bathroom area. This could be a great house in a very central area just very disappointed with the condition of the property.
