City convenience and a quiet area. Very spacious unit. Expensive but safe and secure parking.Unfortunately some areas of the apartment needed alittle more cleaning. There was what looked like makeup foundation on the bathroom walls. The plates in the kitchen were dirty.

Perth travels

The property is ideally located to explore Perth and is only 10 to 15 mins walk to the CBD. The management team was very helpful and resourceful. On site secure parking was great. Sleep quality was not that great given the construction work over 3 days. I would suggest keeping a vacuum cleaner in the unit as housekeeping is scheduled weekly only. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Week Couple Stay Over 60.Being va Couple on the Grounhd Floor.Bed Shithouse;if you like the thought of two singles pushed together.All Noise Downstairs,in the week we where in the Botttom Unit we whad three Individuals sitting OPutside our Front Door area.Waitring for a Uber Bus.When Making Booking i cant Remember Readind where if you dont Clean up no Mention Until You LeaveYou are the Second Hotel i have expereienced in the recent Accommodattion .Parrking at $30 a Day.Lots of Noise downstairs

Loved the location, super convenient to Northbridge restaurants and bars. We arrived after hours and the instructions were easy to follow. Only downside was no sachets of milk for an evening cuppa or morning coffee… but excellent options 400m away!! Would recommend!!

Don't stay here

You check in at one place, then have to walk 500 metres+ to the actual apartments. Apartment floors are pretty dirty. Lift didn't work - good luck if you're on the fourth floor.

Do not stay here, it is soooo noisy, unregulated and a place for teenagers to party and run amok. Add to this it’s is dirty, the cleaners don’t clean and the furnishings are old and look like they are from garage sales. The bedding is disgusting, dirty, mouldy and I could go on & on……..Don’t Stay Here!!!

The man at the check in counter came across as rude & gave us no instructions on how to reach the property our apartment was located or what floor we were on (We had to check in at a “sister” property) He also didn’t tell us ANYTHING about check out.

Ccurrenly undergoing much needed upgrading and renovation. Poorly equipped sitting room, balcony and kitchen, cuttlery and china/glasses missmatched and poor IKEA standard. Carpets stained and dirty in halls and apt. Door to room faulty and difficult to open and close, cleaning staff left open accidently on two occasions. Security same absent. Poorly cleaned and maintained but hopoefullywilll improve after renovations.

The receptionist was far to busy speaking in a foreign language to her friends to fail to tell me when the bond was going back into my account and made me feel rushed out and like she couldn’t be bothered. When entering the property the carpets were absolutely filthy along with the dovet that had yellow stains on it, there was a loud on off droning noise coming from the balcony right next to the bedroom window, let us have all but four hours sleep. The water in the shower was absolutely freezing.To pay over $250 for one night for this is absolutely atrocious and we won’t be going back or recommending anyone else to go.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

The place is DISGUSTING!! Stains all over the carpet, stains on the walls! Couch was wrecked and filthy, the man hole was missing, there was no lid on the bun, the tap in kitchen was broken, the shower was filthy and broken. I was there 7 nights and they didn’t clean the room once and I paid to dollar! They only called me to get my ID then they wouldn’t answer the phone every day I called. I travel for work every week and this was the worst most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at!! It’s actually that bad it’s not healthy! Fix the rooms and clean them to make them liveable!!!!!! YUK!!!!

Apartment is spacious and well laid out, including a laundry. Beds very comfortable but rollaway bed hard as rock. Great kitchen and tv area, though couch is old and needs replacement. Lovely modern, clean bathroom. Fan did not work though so gets very steamy. Patio area would be nice if it was clean and tidy, but it needs attention, and has old pieces of scrap timber in the garden. The bedroom window does not close properly, posing a security risk on the ground floor. Parking is unnecessarily expensive, there would be enough free parking for all guests if two/three of the bays were not occupied by all the cleaning and maintenance materials. Reception staff need to pay more attention to booking requests, as mine were obviously not properly read. Also the attika hotel needs a key drop box for before hours check outs. A few things could have made this good stay into a great one.

Close but so FAR

Oh you were so close to getting 4 stars, but there were just too many hiccups. The apartment was very nice and extremely clean; job well done for the cleaning crew. Unfortunately, the level of accessories did not match up to the level of a 4-star accommodation. Our stay started out kinda rough when a washer/dryer was advertised and only a washer was present. We had to prove (by taking pictures) that the dryer was missing. The manager did rectify the problem the following day by dropping off a dryer, but their handyman was on holiday and couldn’t hang it in the laundry room and put it in a space with no power. It doesn’t take too much to install a hanging dryer and I moved it to the balcony so I could dry my close. Everything that the owner could have done to get the property over the bar was subpar. The dishwasher was loud and lacked dishwasher soap, the sink faucet was cheap, the toilet paper was a step up from sand paper, a bottle of water was $3. You don’t have to buy top of the line appliance, just not the cheapest. The small things that when added counted against them. Overall I give them a 3.5….but it COULD have been a 4+.
