We got room 3 so small that is was not enough space even for a suitcase. Industrial noise after 5am. Uncomfortable place to stay in Picton.

The place itself is ok and clean but a bit dated , bathroom is too small and not practical for us. The host is nice and well greeted. Location is good next to supermarket and coffee shop. A few restaurants nearby
