The toilet layout was totally different from what shown in the photos. Toilet, rooms got the mouldy kind of smell. Smell of cigg when it’s non smoking hotel.
Other than that, staff over there were very helpful in helping for checking in/out

Decent and clean hotel with lift which is convenient for elderly. Check in process is fast, staff who service us is friendly. Will stay with them again in our next visit to Pontian.

The only disappointment was that I booked 2 rooms of the same type but was was informed at check-in they could provide one room and the other room would be smaller and charged at walk-in rate.

Likes: A quiet place, very near to the beach. Friendly service staff. Room is comfy.
Dislikes: Didn't realise that there is a water heater switch. Breakfast buffet is limited.

We went there during CNY and most shops were closed. Upon checked in the room, I found the bedsheet was not changed. The then transferred me to another room but the bedsheet was equally dirty. They said that they ran out of wueensize bedsheet and can only change with single size sheet which hardly enough to cover the bed. Got no choice but to accept it. Worst is that the sound proofing of the room was so bad that you can hear all kind of noise and can’t sleep well
One the first night of a two day stay, there was renovation works taking place after 9.30 pm. The drilling was noisy. I called the reception three times to try to stop the renovation work. This drilling spoilt my stay on the first night.
It was comfortable. For the price that I have paid, I would expect a better view of the scenery. Otherwise the room is clean, towels are changed every day.
