Before arrive,I've courtesy call to Reception to prepare my room accordingly.Upon c/in at 14.30hs,I was told the room was still dirty even though I've contacted the reception on my arrival with family,small children & baby.After waiting for 30mnt.I've been assign & placed in a block A with room num 508.After park the vehicle,I've brought bags and headed to lift.Very disappointed because the lift was out of service & I had to climb the stairs up to level 5.Along the way to the room,I was shocked by the wall building of outdated and bad, corridor was very dirty, flooded and moldy that makes me worried to stay in comfort.I've request to change to the new room due to lift not functioning & away from stairscase.Approched the reception again & my room has been change into the block B with room num 520.
Room clean ,but a lot of problems & defect.
Wall cracked / paint peel off / wall plug burned / water heater out of service / toilet master bedrooms flood / sink leaked /Indoor Aircond dirty & Aircond without remote control.
Kid water park is outdated and paint peel off and danger.
Cons: Management team should play an important role in ensuring that the facilities are in good condition and maintained.
