Wonderful relaxing stay in splendid setting

The hotel is in a gorgeous peaceful setting. Vistas everywhere you look. There service is outstanding. Reception, roomservice, concierge, groudskeeping and service the bars and restaurants are all excellent. Would definitely return to the wonderful property.

My friend and I had a beautiful stay at Westin Siray Bay Resort and Spa. We were greeted with a delicious tea upon arrival and the property was beautiful. The staff is more than willing to accommodate guests by all means to make them feel comfortable. If there was a downside, I’d say that it was the beach water on the property since it is rocky. However, do not let that deter you from an exceptional experience—-especially seeing as there are so many beaches close by and pools on the premise.

Outdated and in serious need of refurbishment

The hotel is very well located, and stuff are very friendly and trying to be helpful. The property is outdated, and need a global refurbishment everywhere- Rooms, public areas. Despite of the spacy rooms and efforts on stuff side - I really don’t recommend this hotel whatsoever.

Food & Beverage and Spa prices were much higher than expected. Misleading information on departure with regards to transport to airport.

We really like the service, food, staff and spa, which were generally above average and by far the best selling points. Our room had issues with a surging shower going hot and cold and even though we reported it twice it was not fixed. Siray Bay is looking to have some high levels of pollution and this can be seen from the waters around the resort beach. The resort itself is starting to look tired and dated. It really needs an upgrade to lift back into a truly 5 star property. This is indicative to the lower pricing compared tom other international 5 start properties, including those in the Marriott group. It is still a good hotel for families, but less so for couples wanting quite and some solitude.
