We love to stay there cause is close to family and shopping. The beach in front is very nice and the staff is always friendly. The room views are gorgeous and breakfast is delicious, lots of regional food. The tapiocas they make are amazing.

Bad service that in Recife with 30C temp , the hotel does not offer complimentary water every day. Also the elevator are wrongly programed . You push the down bottom , the elevator stops at your floor and continue to go up ...many customers complaining about spending time in the elevator in a very ineficient way. The breakfast do not have fresh vegetables. The reception area is still under remodelation after more than a year ...no space to seat and wait ..easily full

Hotel extremamente velho. Teto mofado e ar condicionado sem regulagem. Tive que mudar de quarto por causa de um vazamento que deixava o banheiro completamente inundado. O quarto substituto era ainda mais velho. O ponto positivo é o esforço da equipe de funcionários para fazer a experiência ser boa. Merecem um aumento.
