Il villaggio è di dimensioni contenute e questo permette di avere tutti i servizi a portata di mano. È immerso nel verde, circondato da monti e posizionato all'interno di una caletta con acqua limpida ed a 5 minuti in pedalò o canoa da un'isolotto con spiaggette ed acqua verde smeraldo! Ristorante sempre ottimo, animazione presente ma non invasiva e possibilità di usufruire di tennis, vela, canoa, windsurf ecc ecc ecc.

Settimana bellissima trascorsa nel bellissimo villaggio di Ortano. Animatori bravissimi, e sempre pronti con idee nuove a farci diveritre. Cucina varia e sempre rifornita. Ottimi tutti i piatti, sia i primi che i secondi, il pesce non manca mai. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto con l'aria condizionata,ma dopo un'ora e mezza tutto era risolto. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia. Complimenti a tutti!

BELLISSIMO VILLAGGIO
Bellissimo villaggio situato a pochi km da Rio Marina, immerso nel verde, giardini e piscine curatissime e pulitissime. La camera andrebbe un pò rimodernata, specialmente i materassi, cibo ottimo a buffet ma comunque sempre ben rifornito. il mare è cristallino con spiaggia di sassi. Consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini piccoli, ma anche con ragazzi. Oltre al classico Baby Club per bambini, c'erano anche divertimenti per ragazzi da 11 anni fino ai 17.

Un posto da sogno
Posto meraviglioso, immerso nella natura e nel verde. Il personale è gentilissimo e davvero efficiente. Tutto perfetto! Abbiamo passato dei giorni fantastici di relax e divertimento. L'animazione serale è divertente e i ragazzi sono tutti bravissimi. C'è solo una pecca: il letto. La mia camera aveva due letti che praticamente erano due brandine che scricchiolavano con dei materassi terribili. La prima notte ho avuto molto mal di schiena, poi ho chiesto se almeno potevano cambiarmi il materasso e lo hanno fatto .... sicuramente ho dormito meglio, ma non benissimo. Spero che cambino i letti. Per il resto è un posto che consiglio a tutti!!!!

Piacevole, peccato per family room e spiaggia...
PRO Hotel molto bello con personale attento e cortese. Il cibo ai pasti era molto vario e ben cucinato. Animazione simpatica fatta da tanti ragazzi giovani che si divertivano e facevano divertire. Piscina con tre aree distinte di cui una adatta ai bimbi anche di 2-3 anni e un'altra con idromassaggio. CONTRO Mare non sabbioso con ciottoli e ombrelloni di privati (non ospiti dell'hotel) da spiaggia libera posizionati a casaccio e multicolore in riva al mare davanti a quelli azzurri dell'hotel posizionati in fila ordinate. Altra nota negativa è la posizione della Family Room che non è nel corpo centrale ma a qualche centinaio di metri fuori dall'Hotel (cosa ahimè non descritta su Hotels.com!!!!). Risultato è che affacciavamo su un parcheggio auto rumoroso tenendoci a distanza dal relax del corpo centrale dove non ci sono auto ma solo vialetti e giardini ben curati.

Vacanza breve
L'aria condizionata non funziona correttamento, praticamente la temperatura dell'aria in uscita non era fredda. Nel brochure in stanzadicevache potevamo fare il check out prolungato avvertendo prima, ma pur avvertendo 3 giorni prima rimandavano la risposta , chiecendo in reception ci confermavano la cosa li giorno prima della partenza, ma lo stesso gorno la sera ci avvisarono che non era possibile. Il giorno di partenza chiedenda alla donne delle pulizie scoprimmo che lei doveva consegnare la stanza per il pomeriggio dopo le 14,00. La spiaggia sabbia0osa e molto polverosa sarebbe sufficente lavarla di frequente, la cosa e inaccettabile. Il menù è scarso, povero e ripetitive0o giorno per giorno, non è per un 4 stelle. L'animazione e buona ma troppo insistente e fastidiona in alcuni momenti. Mi fermo qui ci sarebbe molto ancora
