We enjoyed everything about this hotel. I traveled with my family. Customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurants at the hotel offered a variety of food options. The atmosphere was ideal for a romantic dinner with my husband. Just perfect! Highly recommended and I absolutely will return again.

The place is very far from the local town and you are pretty much stuck here. Beautiful property and helpful staff, the beach is not very attractive, breakfast is superb but dinner has very limited choice and very expensive.

Our first stay in Phuket and this is a fantastic location. We weren’t central in the craziness of Phuket but we loved being here. Nice and quite amazing food. 3 different options for restaurants and they were so wonderful with celebrating our anniversary. Highly recommend. Staff were amazing.

Pretty good stay.
The breakfast was great. Staff were amazing, friendly and always helpful. The a/c was okay but wouldn’t go below 72 degrees so the room was a bit warm. Wish dinner at the restaurants had more food options for vegetarians.

The hotel listing is highly misleading. I’m also very disappointed at expedia for not helping us in resolving the issue as we desperately wanted to leave. We booked four rooms and paid premium for them-almost double what other people at the hotel paid. Our rooms were changed/ upgraded however honestly it was more of the same. The beach is awful, water is a Mile away- look on google maps. There is construction on the beach. The staff are absolutely useless! Service is atrocious. You also see and hear planes landing constantly, even throughout the night. Compared to other places we have stayed at in Thailand this truly is the worst. Marriot should be ashamed of themselves. Also note the town is about an hour away due to traffic. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyway. The pool is also overrun with children on hideously large floats- more like Thomas cook kind of place. Just horrid! Please do your research before booking!

It was excellence all the way. All the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Often the extra mile is not too much and made the stay special. If you’re looking for some peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place. Within a short stroll along the beach to a nearby town, but otherwise a fairly quiet corner of the island, great for some adult relaxation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach from October 8 to October 9, 2023. Overall, it was a decent experience. The room was one of the highlights of our stay. It was spacious, well-designed, and provided plenty of room to move around. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide range of selections and options to satisfy various tastes. However, there were a few areas that needed improvement. The air conditioning in our room was a major issue. It was consistently set at 18 degrees, and we found ourselves quite chilly throughout the night. Additionally, the sink didn't drain properly, and the bathroom curtain was broken. Furthermore, the outlet plugs didn't work for charging our phones, even after an electrician's visit, with only one plug functioning. I appreciate the prompt response of the Guest Relations Manager, Nargiz, who offered to change our room. However, as we were only staying for one night, we decided not to relocate. Despite these issues, I would rate my experience at Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach, a 7 out of 10. With some improvements in room maintenance and amenities, it has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable stay.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it was on a private beach and near to the airport, as our return flight had been delayed. The location is great and the views were amazing. The hotel itself is lovely, but compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in during this holiday to Thailand, it was not the best in terms of space and value for money. Food and drinks were quite expensive compared to the other hotels we stayed in. We had a 2x double-bed room, which felt quite small, and the vibe was a bit sterile. I had a falafel burger on the first night and was very ill the next day with fever and couldn't eat or drink (ruined the last day of our holiday); very disappointed by this since we ate street food a lot and had no issues, and I've not been ill since covid over 18 months ago.

It was a very quiet stay. All the staff were very friendly. The ocean is like a private beach. It is far to go out to the city of Phuket, so I recommend it to those who want to stay in the hotel and relax.

Pros: great breakfast, good pool and beautiful first view from the lobby Cons: The room was in need of a lot of attention. Not only was it dusty and worn but the sliding door to the pool did not seal completely. Also the location is quite remote. Overall it was an ok stay for one night before going to the airport but certainly not somewhere I would recommend for longer.

A fabulous resort that ticks all the boxes !!
We had the most amazing stay- everything from the resort itself, to the staff, to the food, to the beach and pool access rooms made this the perfect resort for a holiday with children. This place is child friendly and the beach is one giant sandy plain where toddlers can happily play as there’s barely any tide making it safe and very practical. There is some construction going on beside the hotel, and so long as you’re staying on the other side of the resort the construction sound will not be a bother.Worth booking a room with pool access as the kids loved this as the pools are connected. Whilst the hotel location is far off from many attractions, this is the ideal place to come relax and avoid the touristy areas of Phuket. The food options were amazing and excellent quality of food - the pizzas are great, the thai food was outstanding and the breakfast selection was fabulous. No complaints. The F&B team are all outstanding and went out of their way to accommodate our every needs and to ensure that we were all well fed and happy! Manish is one of the best F&B / managers/executives I’ve ever come across as he’d do to any lengths to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. The staff at this resort are all incredibly customer service focused and genuinely care to help make sure you have the best stay. We must also commend and thank Richard, Joey, Chef Abhi (I think this is his name) and the entire reception team. We will definitely be coming back !!

We had ants everywhere in our 2 bedroom ocean front pool villa, In the shower, in the toilet room, in the sink, on the counter, in the bed, on the night stand, on the desk, by the window, by the patio slide door, every time we kill them they just keep coming back, We lost some of our vacation time and activities dealing with this situation. We changed hotel so we could be comfortable in our rooms. Flies all over brunch, nothing covered. When I checked in they asked me sign someone else's bill several times, eventually I had to scratch off the name and write my name cause he said its okay it the same price, instead of just redoing the bill correctly with my name instead of complete stranger.

The hotel is nice if you want to relax at the pool and beach behind it. It is an hour from Patong beach where most tourists go. For transportation, you should download the Bolt app which is equivalent to Uber except you pay cash.
