Llegue y no había reserva y no supieron saber el motivo pese a contar con número de reserva y estando prepagado. Me pidieron contactarme con Expedia siendo las 2am para buscar otro hotel.

The Building is brand new and it is well localized

The building is new and well localized, near de mall and the Marriot Convention Center. The department itself is good, but do not seems to be organized like an apart hotel with office. You can only contact the room service by whatsapp. They are kindly but they do what they can do. I think they have things they can inprouve the give a better service. I used apparthotels in Santiago, with less price and less category, but better service. Even in the department, they can provide, tee or coffee. Or hove something in case you just arrive and needs to have cold water.

Excelente el departamento, limpio, tranquilo, bien equipado, pero rn mi estadía me encontré que el edificio tiene problemas con la administración y a parecer Están en un batalla legal por varios temas entre ellos contabilidad del edificio, y arriendo de departamentos a turistas, por lo que me incomodó que me fueran a entregar un volante acerca de un reportaje en mesa sobre este tema. Pero independiente de ello, el edificio, la ubicación, el departamento, las instalaciones, la limpieza, y en gral todo estuvo impecable.

Localização excelente e comodidades ideais

Amei, a localização é perfeita, a uma caminhada de 5 minutos está o Shopping Parque Arauco, supermercado e um dos pontos de saida do Onibus turistico de 2 andares(estacionamento do shopping). Todo equipado para 4 pessoas. Louça, fogao etc... Toda comodidade para poder cozinhar se for preciso.

Bien ubicado, son departamentos no es hotel

Tuve problemas en el check-in porque mi reservación no había sido informada. Al ser un departamento y no un hotel hay que manejarse con el personal de seguridad del edificio que fué muy amable. Son tres torres verificar en cual es su reserva. Esta muy cerca del Mall Parque Arauco y del parque araucano. Muy bien equipado, todo para cocinar, te limpian la habitación de lunes a viernes. Tuve que extender mi estadía y no hubo problema.

Son departamentos, no es un hotel

En general muy bien, pero no es un hotel. Son departamentos y cuándo llegué no tenían noticias de mi reservación y tuve que esperar un rato. Afortunadamente si tenían disponibilidad. Una vez que se arregló esa situación todo muy bien.

Very spacious clean and bright apartment with good facilities, although a washing machine would be very useful. Location is very handy near a fantastic shopping centre and easy to get into town, cabs at the major hotel next door and supermarket also just minutes away!

Não eh hotel. Eh um apt.

Fiquei de sexta a noite até segunda de manhã e apt nao foi limpo nesses dias. Sem café manha por perto. Reservei como hotel e não como apartamento! O banheiro ficou sem limpeza. Não tinha pano der chao. Deve ser avisado quando esses serviços não estiverem disponíveis.

Good Apartment, not a hotel room

This is an apartment not a hotel room , so basically there is no service except from the room cleaning that happened once in my 3 days stay. It was complicated to get access to the apartment because at the reception nobody knew I was getting there. The apartment is new, well decorated and clean and is also well located at Neuvas Las Condes neighborhood
