Primeiramente, reservamos um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro, que inclusive no site (hoteis.com) era mais caro do que o que nos colocaram. Como chegamos as 02:00 da manhã fomos pro quarto dormir, no outro dia pela manhã fui na administração reclamar e mostrar minha reserva. Em vão, o atendente me disse que o site estava errado e não haviam quartos com três camas de solteiro. A porta do banheiro não fechava, durante os sete dias tivemos de usar as mesmas toalhas, pois não tem serviço de quarto. Enfim, consideramos a estadia bem ruim. E pagamos um preço mais alto, em consideração ao preço que era cobrado pelo quarto que nos foi dado.

Tivemos alguns problemas durante a hospegagem que não foi resolvido. Simplesmente a pessoa responsável ignorou minhas solicitações. Lâmpadas de um quarto e cozinha queimaram. E não foram trocadas. Apesar de minhas solicitações. Ficamos no escuro. A corda da descarga arrebentou. Tivemos que ficar arrumando. A 5 cama ficava na sala. Área muito fria. Solicitamos calefação, pois poderia ser solicitado, mas sem resposta. Tivemos que amontuar num quarto. Ap antigo e sem manutenção. É uma pena principalmente o descaso. Pq imprevistos acontecem.

Ótima localização no centro de Santiago..

We have been travelling through Argentina and Southern Chile for over 6 weeks before Santiago. Arriving at our hotel couldn't have been nicer. It has been the best value for the price. We have paid far more for far less!!! The room was spacious, clean, equipped with a kitchenette, strong wifi, cable tv and a/c if needed. The central location close to all the historic sights and to the metro made it brilliant for sight seeing and connecting to the bus station. The rooftop pool was an added bonus and provided a 360 deg. view of the city. Kudos to David the manager. His English was excellent and his customer service was brilliant. He made us feel welcome and followed thru on accommodating our requests. We actually received a courtesy call from David to make sure all our needs were looked after. BIG thumbs up!!!

Das Apartment liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, unweit sind Supermärkte, Bäckereien und nahe an der Metro Station La Moneda und zum Flughafenshuttle Centropuerto von Los Heros. Leider konnte ich den Swimmingpool aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten nicht benutzen.

Encontramos talheres e equipamentos de cozinha sujos (não havia esponja nem detergente, que depois foram fornecidos), além de muito pó pelos cômodos. A senha fornecida para o WiFi não corresponde à informação no criado mudo.

Vi hade en fantastisk helg i Santiago, vi sov gott i den bekväma sängen, det var en tyst och lugn miljö trots att vi bodde mitt i centrum. Jag vill som tidigare recensioner sagt också påpeka att det är ett lägenhetskomplex och inget hotell. Receptionen till "hotellet" ligger i ett av rummen och den faktiska receptionen ger er rumsnumret till det när ni ankommer. Det var lite udda men det fungerade smidigt. Det negativa enligt oss var att köksutrustningen inte var superfräsch och generellt så var lägenheten väldigt sliten.

Skip this place completely. The apartment was dirty. Not cleaned well. it appears as if they only wiped it down from the past guests. The whole apartment needed painting and refreshing. Carpet was nasty. There are much better places in Santiago run by fine people. Don't stay here

Um edifício muito grande de apartamento flat no centro de Santiago. Local pouco tranquilo. Apartamento é mal conservado, pintura antiga e suja, piso da cozinha encardido, muito sujo, e com gorduras, Limpeza se restringia a arrumação de cama. Sem troca de toalhas mesmo após 6 dias. Não retornarei nesse flat RS SANTIAGO.

Os apartamentos ficam num complexo de 4 torres se não me engano. Há muito movimento e a localização é excelente, bem no centro da cidade, próximo a vários pontos de interesse, tanto turístico quanto comercial. O apartamento é confortável e de bom tamanho. Pontos negativos ficam por conta da limpeza, um tanto precária, e pela demora dos elevadores. No mais, oferece um ótimo custo x benefício e ótimo atendimento por parte dos administradores que ficam em outra torre.

Não há atendimento no hotel a não ser em horário comercial. Ficamos 8 noites e sô limparam o quarto uma vez e na véspera de nossa saída. As descrições do local no hotéis.com não conferem com as que nos foram dadas. Até mesmo papel higiênico foi regrado. Parecia mais um quarto que alguém usava e saiu às pressas para usarmos.
