Great location but service is slow
Relatively new hotel, but the check-in process was slow and confusing. Staff not well trained. The hotel located in a nice area, and Metro is only a few mins away.

High tech - low usability, bad service
The hotel is quite swanky and rooms are comfortable. There were so many gadgets and technology in the room, however, that sometimes it was hard to figure out how to turn the light on or off. User manual would have been helpful. With all this sometimes unnecessary technology, our room was missing toilet paper at check-in (!), hair dryer was too far from the mirror so as to make it impossible to dry hair and see yourself in the mirror at the same time, and the closet was seemingly designed for hanging men's shirts only since it was very short. Too bad if you need to hang a dress. Finally, it turned out that our fare did not include cleaning service (!), which was never communicated to us at check in. While it was indeed part of the reservation disclosure as we later found out, it frankly never occurred to us to even check for it since we have never ever head of such a concept. This is simply absurd. In summary, less technology and better service would have been nice.

Modern Hotel on the Way up!
The hotel is very new and still needs time to develop its service offerings. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable - so modern that a user manual is needed. USB Ports are available on the wall for charging phones, etc. However, if the hotel wishes to attract North American travellers, they should install some North American electrical sockets. The room is so modern that it took me some exploring to see how to work the lights and even the mirror in the bathroom! Internet quality was excellent throuout the hotel. I was surprised by their a la carte service offering: at check-in, I was informed that daily room cleaning would be an extra $10 per night, which surprised me. Room service was not offered, even though they had a nice restaurant in the hotel. The Rooftop Terrace Pool and Bar is a nice touch!

Very nice and convenient Hotel
I found a good deal at this hotel through expedia and stayed for 5 days with my son. I definitely made the right choice by coming to this hotel during my first trip to Santiago. I will come back! :-)

Brand new hotel, still construction going on
Excellent service, great restaurant but there are some areas under construction, pool bar isn't open yet. To be a brand new hotel, bed is squeaking, probably low quality bedding.
