péssima experiencia nesse hotel.

Minha pior experiencia em hotel. Apesar de ter reservado com mais de 15 dias de antedencia e estar de posse do voucher da reserva, fui surpreendida em saber que o hotel se encontrava lotado e não havia vagas para minha família. Total desrespeito e má fé. E para finalizar, o hotel não teve a decencia de nos hospedar em outro local, num show de má vontade e desatenção. Fora que o hotel é sujo e não corresponde as fotos da internet. Eu recomendo: nunca use esse site de reserva e muito menos tencione se hospedar nesse hotel. Pior experiencia que já tive.

Muito bem localizado

Muito boa. Fomos bem recebidos, o local era bem limpo. Os quartos meio pequenos. Mas para os poucos dias de estadias eles foram muito bons.

Simples e agradável!

Eu fiquei hospedada em um quarto duplo (o 106, no térreo) de 07 a 08 de dezembro de 2017. O quarto estava limpo e era bem simples. Não tem ar condicionado (só ventilador de teto) e nem frigobar. As camas eram confortáveis... pelo menos para mim. Na área do café, que fica junto à recepção, tem uma geladeira onde vc pode comprar bebidas ( refri, cerveja e água), mas tem que pagar a vista e em dinheiro. Na noite do dia 07/12, por volta das 23 horas, não tinha água para comprar ( dica: compre na rua e leve para lá). O café da manhã é simples e no dia que tomei (08/12) tinha mamão, dois tipos de pão, queijo, presunto, torradas, margarina, geléia, uns dois ou três tipos de bolo, um sabor de suco, café (estava muito bom por sinal), achocolatado e saquinhos de chá. Vi pelo menos uma garrafa térmica , mas não conferi se era leite ou água quente. O hotel na minha opinião é simples e aconchegante. A decoração é bacana... eu gostei! Os funcionários eram educados e atenciosos. O hotel fica em frente ao Parque da Independêncial e próximo ao Museu de Zoologia da USP. Próximo a ele também tem alguns restaurantes e um local com vários food trucks. Outra observação a ser feita é que o local não é muito silencioso.

REALIZEI A RESERVA COM UMA SEMANA DE ANTECEDÊNCIA, PAGUEI POR ELA E ELA FOI CONFIRMADA, E AO CHEGAR NO ESTABELECIMENTO NÃO HAVIAM QUARTOS DISPONÍVEIS, NÃO FOI FEITO NENHUM CONTATO PRÉVIO DO HOTEL COMIGO PARA COMUNICAR QUALQUER INTERCORRÊNCIA, SENDO QUE FORAM DEIXADOS DOIS TELEFONES DE CONTATO E EMAIL. CHEGUEI DE OUTRO ESTADO, QUASE DE MADRUGADA E ESCOLHI O HOTEL POR SUA LOCALIZAÇÃO MAIS PRÓXIMA DO LOCAL DE UMA PROVA QUE EU FARIA LOGO NA MANHÃ DO DIA SEGUINTE. TODOS OS HOTÉIS DAS IMEDIAÇÕES JÁ ESTAVAM LOTADOS E FUI OBRIGADA A ME HOSPEDAR (PAGANDO POR CONTA PRÓPRIA) EM OUTRO HOTEL A QUASE 20 KM DO LOCAL DA PROVA PORQUE ERA O ÚNICO QUE TINHA VAGA E O PREÇO ERA O DOBRO. OS FUNCIONÁRIOS DA RECEPÇÃO FORAM EDUCADOS E SE DISPUSERAM A TENTAR AJUDAR DA MELHOR FORMA POSSÍVEL POIS NÃO ERA CULPA DELES E O GERENTE NÃO ATENDIA ÀS LIGAÇÕES. AINDA ESTOU AGUARDANDO O ESTORNO DO PAGAMENTO QUE REALIZEI E NÃO TENHO CERTEZA DE QUE SERÁ FEITO. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM, FALTA DE COMPROMISSO E RESPONSABILIDADE COM CLIENTE ALÉM DO TRANSTORNO.

va para o IBIS BUDGET

Muito ruim. Não localizaram minha reserva, eu liguei 8 hs antes de chegar avisando que iria chegar às 23hs e que por favor localizem minha reserva, nada fizeram. que Quarto sujo, COM INSETOS MORTOS COM FORMIGAS COMENDO O CORPO! Cama ruim. Não tinha toalha no quarto. Não tem ar condicionado!! pelo preço que paguei teria até no IBIS BUDGET. NÃO RECOMENDO. NÃO VOLTARIA.

o preço não é tão acessível, o atendimento é ruim, pedi para o recepcionista ligar para pedir um táxi ele disse que estava ligando mas não estava dando, até que consegui um, o motorista me disse que eles fingem que ligam, mas o dono nao autoriza. O café da manhã eu não quis nem comer. Pedi informações para chegar ao mercado municipal, me informaram de forma errada.

barato e insuficiente

Escolhi este hotel por questões geográficas e preço. Porem tive alguns problemas. No check in não encontraram minha reserva alegaram ainda ter problemas de pagamento com site mesmo mostrando o voucher pago ao site. Tive q ligar para o SAC ligar para o hotel e confirmar minha reserva. A noite muito barulho de bate papo da pessoa na recepção com terceiros ate mais de uma hora da manha. Pela manha muito barulho nos corredores TB. Televisao muito pequena, apenas canais aberto. N tem ar condicionado ou aquecimento. No check out recusaram uma hora de check out tardio... Dificilmente volto.

Hotel decepcionante

Comprei por este site e cheguei la o preço era diferente, mesmo com a confirmacao nao aceitaram. Falaram que o preço foi reajustado e o site estava desatualizado. O quarto é pequeno, o banheiro é muito estreito, nao tinha toalha de rosto, cabideiro, a cama parecia muito antiga, ja estava mole. O café da manhã muito fraco, sem opções. A localização é boa.
