"Super small, the pictures don’t show the reality of it. You can’t even stand in the bathroom. No heat in the apartment, and when using the stove the hole power of the appt goes off, I had to find the main breaker twice and reset it. Parking is up hill about half a mile. If there is no heat, at least add enough blankets. It is the third floor with steep stairs. Not recommended. The area is ok, Alfama is the oldest area of the city and has enough around for food and sight seeing. "

"The location is great and the living room is quite cosy. However, the general condition is quite shabby and could use some maintenance, the shower pressure was very low. Also, the advertised 'free pick-up' is not included, they use COVID as a reason when asked, but I think they should update the listing to reflect that because honestly it was a selling point for us. "Victor was SO kind and extremely helpful with responsiveness on how to access the apartment as well as its’ amenities. Our welcome was made very easy, which is such a nice touch after traveling through Europe for a couple weeks. The apartment was extremely well kept, clean, spacious, and adorably designed. Side note: the blow dryers in each bathroom were amazing! Each room has its own AC unit making it easy to temperature control for each member of your group. This apartment was chosen because it is walkable to one of our favorite restaurants, but we will be a return guest for how well we were taken care of by Victor and his team! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again next time in Lisboa!"
