Also, the advertised 'free pick-up' is not included, they use COVID as a reason when asked, but I think they should update the listing to reflect that because honestly it was a selling point for us. "Victor was SO kind and extremely helpful with responsiveness on how to access the apartment as well as its’ amenities. Our welcome was made very easy, which is such a nice touch after traveling through Europe for a couple weeks. The apartment was extremely well kept, clean, spacious, and adorably designed. Side note: the blow dryers in each bathroom were amazing! Each room has its own AC unit making it easy to temperature control for each member of your group. This apartment was chosen because it is walkable to one of our favorite restaurants, but we will be a return guest for how well we were taken care of by Victor and his team! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again next time in Lisboa!"

"Found the area was very quiet and communication was very prompt. The studio was extremely small and not very clean. This space would be ideal for one person and not two, not much room to move around in. Bathroom was extremely small and there was mold around the grout... also got extremely humid after you showered. So for us it wasn't ideal and wont stay here again."
