Stayed here for one night.
The location is quite convenient, though it's still quite a walk to Seoul Station.
I was given a ground floor unit. The room was tiny, with an attached tiny bathroom. This must be the tiniest room I've ever stayed in. There's a bed, and there's walking space, that's it. I put my luggage on the floor and that reduced the walk space to half (length wise, that is). There's no table and no chair, so I had to put stuff on the bed and sit on the bed.
The bathroom was tiny too, though still manageable. They don't provide big bath towels, only those small ones that are even insufficient for kids. So bring your own bath towels.
The breakfast provided is just bread and coffee. Though they provide eggs that you can cook on your own. The kitchen area is tiny too, so it gets crowded when there were 5 or more people. Breakfast starts at 8am, which is quite late.
The walls of the room are not sound proof. So from my room I could hear people talking just outside at the reception area, and loud enough to wake me up from my sleep in the middle of the night.
Wireless internet access was available, and the access speed was good.
Overall this place is good if you're staying for a really short time. I wouldn't stay here for more than a day.
