When we checked in, our room smelled of smoke though we booked Non-smoking. They changed us to a different room on a lower floor, which wasn't cleaned yet (after standard check in time). There's no coffee in the room (instant or not), though they do have hot water kettles.
There were a lot of Chinese tourists who stayed at the hotel and left a lot of excess packaging and trash outside in the hallway.
When we had our room cleaned, while we were out, they did a good job, but when we came back, the new room smelled like smoke. When we complained they said it was likely because there was a shared ventilation with a smoking room. Seems like a bad management decision.
Breakfast was kind of boring, and we decided not to eat in their basement buffet. Instead we wandered over to another nearby hotel who had windows in their breakfast buffet, instead of being in the basement.
The staff according to my significant other, were Chinese who spoke Korean well, which leads me to believe this hotel mostly caters to Chinese tourists in Korea.
There was very little room between the bed and the wall and it was difficult to get in and out of bed for me, though I'm a little larger, so it may not bother some.
Overall, it was ... Okay. Not spectacular, not great, not terrible.
